I wish I can give them a 0 of how frustrated I am with this store. I was five minutes before 10 trying to play lottery and because she was counting cash, she wouldn’t play the lottery for me. I still had five minutes, but she refused service. How pathetic.

Publix on quantum SUCKS!!!Very upset this was the second time I have ordered my subs online got to the store an hour later and my online order was not ready!! Went over to the bakery asked manager at the bakery for assistance and he told me to go to the deli!!! Customer service at the publix on quantum has declined significantly!!!! Will never go back!!! ENDED UP LEAVING WITHOUT MY DINER ORDER FOR MY KIDS! DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I frequent this publix location atleast twice a week for a famous publix sub and my last two visits have been very unpleasant. Today I ordered the usual for my husband and myself (whole turkey publix sub on white bread with extra tomatoes and lettuce). I noticed as the gentleman Chris was preparing my sandwiches the paper he was using was soiled so I asked if he could use a different sheet, he rolled his eyes and reluctantly switched the paper. I then asked if I can have my sandwiches made with fresh soft bread and pointed to the two loaves I would like used for my sandwiches he retrieved the bread and then started helping the customer behind me, stating "someone else will help you because i'm going to be here all day with you". His coworkers Trey and Rosalie were busy helping other customers and they told Chris that and he still refused to assist me until another customer intervened, Chris then reluctantly made my sandwiches. I then asked for his name so I can tell my negative experience to a manager, he then gave me a fake name (Jr) and removed his badge. It was only because of his nice coworkers that I was able to find out his real name. Chris stands out like a sore thumb because he never smiles he is not welcoming or friendly like all the other publix team members. Im considering driving out of my way to avoid this location because he makes me uncomfortable and no one deserves to be treated that way.

I would give them 6 stars!!! The best Publix to shop at. All the staff are professionals and trained well dress nice. The store is always very clean.

So disappointed at the quality and service I received at the sub station. I ordered online and it said it would be ready in 30 min. Once I arrived only half my order was made I quote " I didn't see the other sub" I order a hot honey tender sub 1. They didn't have bacon (comes with sub) 2 . No fried pickles( comes with sub) 3. No sliced pepper jack ready and to top it all off my sub had 4. No hot honey. It literally took three people to complete my order , over 30 min to be ready after it was supposed to be ready and completely wrong .

I just left dumbfounded. How do you only have a total of 3 steaks to choose from. I came for 5 and was unable. It is sad the level of service that is accepted in all the industries but especially Publix with their doubling of revenue to 4+ billion. DO BETTER
