This was my first time buying a home and I'm glad that Premier Choice was referred to me. My lender was the best, she made sure I was informed on everything that was going on with my loan. When I was ready to give up due to the seller not wanting to compromise with repairs. My lender told me about the 203k loan. She made sure everything was beneficial and satisfying to me.
