I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but that was not my experience at all. I had to go in for three different transactions that had to be very precise. We were greeted right away by Ashaud, he gave me exactly what I needed to fill out, he made sure I had everything including lending me his pen. Then went to the Renee Grant, and she was amazing. Super efficient and even helped me with copies that I needed. Plus great personality and great service. I have not been in a bank in about three years and was so pleased with my service today.

Worst customer service . They made things so harder jo to mention they make you wait .Worst bank that’s why I had to close the account due to the customer service you have to deal with .

They didn’t even have 4,000 dollars available at the bank..... a bank! Doesn’t have a couple thousand dollars

Horrible- i have five accounts with PNC. I generally have no trouble. For whatever reason this bank would not except a deposit into my primary checking account. A deposit that I make routinely each month. I went to another PNC and they excepted it just fine. be able to understand this better if I was withdrawing something but I was actually trying to deposit a check?!?!?

No stars! One teller inside with a guy for about 15 minutes. Line at drive up but no one took care of us. I thought when she finished with her customer she would come to drive up. NOPE! Called over a woman who had just walked in. Only way to get attention was to honk horn. Another teller casually strolled over. Loved PNC up North... awful here!

One of the rudest incompetent cust service at a bank I've ever been to. Teller doesn't know bank rules & Fat black lady can't even understand a simple document for notary and gives false information just to get out of doing her job.

Used the Drive-Thru teller, they were very busy inside but i only waited a moment. Despite there being many people inside, the lady who helped me was very nice. This location does have the older models of the drive-thru equipment, but they make up for it in customer service.

Horrible customer service. Reps pick up the phone and don’t want to check the account even, don’t assist. Keep transferring and nobody responds.

I wish I could give this PNC 0 stars. HORRIBLE customer service! They made me wait 20 minutes for a cashiers check. They called someone else to verify my account even though they had my license and debit card. Then I'm told that they have to do their due diligence and need a manager approval for them to issue the cashiers check. I told the incompetent teller to give me my license and debit card back and that took another 5 minutes. I asked for the withdrawal slip and she ripped it in front of me and said it was the bank's property and that I couldn't take that slip out of the bank. In total I was there for like 30 minutes and left without my cashiers check and annoyed at their horrible and slow customer service. PNC should fire all of those people that work at that branch. I will absolutely report this bank to PNC corporate...

If 0 stars was an option it would be my review, this bank will steal from you and do whatever they can to cover it up. The support line is horrible like the people answering the phone.

PNC bank PNC bank in Boynton Beach and Jog Road customer service is very poor. If PNC has to keep this branch open they have to change management it’s 9:28 am Saturday morning. I am at the drive thru windiw waiting for service there for over 20 minutes . There are two ladies in the bank ; they see me waiting here and there’s a long line and they refused to come and give service or at least say something . I will take a picture and post this. this is ridiculous. I will move to another bank.
