This is the worst bank branch I have ever encountered. Very disorganized, short staffed, uneducated in bank products. When you walk in you feel like you just entered the twilight zone- If you put your money in this branch there is a chance that you might lose it. Stay far far Away. This is a disgrace to any banking institution. There customer service is worse- the bank is going to file bankruptcy or be bought out of its trouble.

Headquarters customer service does not care about customers. Had multiple issues on my account due to there online banking called 4 different people everyone did a good job to kick the can down the road. The Executive response team for CEO needs to get. with the program they will send you every generic letter with every excuse on why they are not able to help you.

This is the worst PNC branch I've ever been to. The one on Congress is 10x more professional. I'll never step foot in this branch again. Almost made me want to close all of my PNC accounts.

It is not open 24 hours as they post. I came here and it was closed. They have standard opening hours.
