I use to go to Copper Tan for 15 years. They sold. New owner unpleasant, so my manager suggested Planet Fitness and I’m SO HAPPY! Great Friendly Customer Service and Clean well maintenance Tanning Beds. Massage Chairs are a dream. I have yet to work out but it’s on my list. Thank You!

Never had a problem with anyone there. It’s a good place to workout if it’s not to busy. I noticed some don’t wipe the free weights after use, also the machines, but I wipe down before & after so not a biggie. Can’t help but wish it was 24/7 but I manage with their available hours. Also some employees are friendly some aren’t, doesn’t bother me I’m not there to make friends. I did make a few though. And I shower there from time to time again if no one’s lurking or I don’t get a strange feeling. That’s all folks.

Bad gym staffed by rude children. At any given time several machines are out of order often for a week or more. Even the functioning equipment is in poor condition with loose parts. Staff are generally unhelpful and do not enforce the cellphone policies which are posted. They do however enforce the bag policy which is not posted in the facility. After using this gym for a year now suddenly my small back pack is a problem. When I asked for the manager I was told they were not present and staffed refused to give me the managers name. Looking for another gym. Do yourself a favor and give this place a miss!
Sadly I have to report another bad experience today (6/29/2024). The same and more equipment is still broken. Some equipment has been down for a month or more now. When I asked the front desk attendant about it he just said it was old and they are waiting for parts. When I told him about several bikes not functioning properly he said "there was nothing he could do". I guess he can't even report it to someone who might be able to take action?!? This staff member is the same one who harassed me about carrying a bag yet there were multiple people carrying bags today. Management and the owners don't seem to care but I guess you get what you pay for. Which in this case is not much...

Very crowded, multiple people doing videos and sitting on their phones instead of using the machines. Don't recommend it if you want to work out and leave within a timely manner... Wasn't expecting it to be like this at 8 pm. Staff doesn't really do anything about it they just hang out at the front desk.

Customer service very rude on the phone and in person was not helpful very dismissive. The woman I spoke to clearly hates her job and shouldn’t be working there .

Unfortunately this location doesn't keep up with maintaining their equipment. Very few treadmills available to use. No one monitors people on equipment... people like to sit on equipment and be on their phone so no one else can use the machine.

Great staff (especially Max), clean location, very spacious, tons of equipment, less people texting at the machines (lol) - I would absolutely recommend this spot! I live in Lantana, and that PF is way closer, but it’s just not the same. I happily add 15 min to my commute to be in the Boynton location ??

This area is great, parking lots is big enough space for semi trucks ? if you in this area you can park your truck and get some work in, plenty of restaurants nearby.
