The staff is amazing, very helpful.The place is always very clean. Nick the manager is always there to help! They have a trainer now on the premises he is wonderful. It is truly a pleasure to come to the gym.And see these wonderful people

I love this gym. The people are friendly and the equipment is all in working condition. Not too small and not too big, so it doesn't seem scary for a newbie
