“Chewy cancelled my cat tree order with no explanation so I stopped in to my local Pet Super Market where I was promptly greeted at the door by employees Jay and Shannon. They were extremely attentive to my needs and beyond friendly. When I told them of my experience with my cancelled order they offered to help me out with a cat tree instore I selected if I could provide proof of my cancelled order. They honored the price and even offered to load it in my car for me! Excellent service all around!”

“I feed homeless/feral kitty bundles and cat food has consistently risen in price since Covid. The staff at Petsmart are always so very kind and helpful. They had the food I needed for my ferals; they price matched with Walmart, gave me several discounts and another customer in the store who also feeds homeless/feral animals, gave me a 30% off coupon for your entire purchase. Great shopping experience and I cannot thank this store enough for the kindness they showed to the animals I care for. If I could, I would give you TEN **********, A++++++++++. I also love seeing The parrot Delaney on Nicole's shoulder. I thought it was her parrot, she takes such hood care of Delaney. so this is my go to store and the owners are such great people.”
