It is so hard to find a good cat groomer (especially for long haired cats) but I was so impressed! She was very gentle with my cat and gave me a run down of what she planned to do with removing the mats. The price is very reasonable and I am definitely planning to use this groomer again! My cat returned happy, healthy, and mat-free! Provided me with a few treats to give my cat afterwards too! She really knows what she is doing when working with cats- definitely recommend!!

I rushed her to VEG from my home an hour away. It looked like an episode of Grey’s Anatomy, they all saw me through the window as I rushed from the car with my baby in my arms. They rushed to help me and started working on her RIGHT AWAY! Yes, this is a business, but for once, for actually once in my life (and I am 42) does an animal hospital put the safety of the animal first and not the money. These people cared! They cared about helping Ginger and they cared about me. Ginger was dying, but they gave her a chance. They helped me not feel that guilt about giving up on her. They helped me give her a chance. Although Ginger passed away a little more than 24 hours later, they did all that they could. And because of them, so did I. Ginger was handed to me in a cardboard casket where I was able to bury her right outside my bedroom window. I was given a little bottle with pieces of her hair and a foot print on paper. I was inconsolable the whole time and these people understood. Whoever the owner of this hospital is, I would love to meet them. By the way his hospital is run and the people that work for him, I can tell he is an angel sent from above. God bless you abundantly sir. Your staff is top notch and your hospital is the best of the best.

They patiently walked me through the process, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions with care. They worked with the emergency clinic I used to arrange the pickup, so I did not have to be involved with that. When I received my Neo's ashes, they were presented respectfully and with the utmost dignity. It was clear that every step of the process was handled with sensitivity and respect for my pet's memory. What I appreciate the most is that my cat was mostly orange with a white chest, and they made sure to get fur from each spot, so that my little jar had both colors.
Overall, I would highly recommend Monarch Pet Memorial Services to anyone facing the loss of a beloved pet. Their compassionate staff and professional approach truly made a difference for me during a difficult time.
