I couldn't be happier with the results of my hip replacement surgery. Dr. Lee is the BEST! The wait times are a bit long at appointments, but the doc and his assistant take their time with you during your appointment. I would highly recommend this practice.

This is truly the best experience I’ve had with surgery and physical therapy. The doctors, therapists and staff are all terrific. They are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Offices are clean and well kept. I had hip surgery with them followed by PT. I attribute my mobility today to all of them!!

I am working with Elise. She is, as Dr. Tucker says, “Small but Mighty”.She is very nice and charming to work with.She has a very positive attitude and great personality. She is working on my scar tissue issues from hand surgery. And, doing a great job.

The team at Personalize Orthopedics is extremely professional. They were on time and took excellent care of my trigger finger. On the afternoon of my procedure, a nurse called in the afternoon to check up on me and make sure that everything was ok. On the next afternoon Dr. Jennifer Tucker, my surgeon also called to check in on me. Phenomenal care!

I ave seen Dr Martin for bilateral hip replacement.Dr Chalal for my shoulder and Dr Tucker for trigger finger.Every time I've been in the office I've been treated wonderfully! The staff is always freindly and professional, the doctors are the best!I have recommended Personalized Orthopedics of the Palm Beaches to several people. I won't go anywhere else.

Surgery day was yesterday and today Dr. Martin called me to make sure everything was okay and I started my medication. I have had nothing but caring from this doctor. I have been so impressed from day one. Dr. Martin is an excellent doctor and I am pleased.Update 8/10/2023I have to let all of you know, not only I was impressed with the knee replacement, my physical therapist wanted Dr. Martin’s name so she could refer other patients. She stated that she has not seen someone able to bend their leg 90 degrees on day three and still be able to do it less than two weeks later. The only thing I have to work on is flattening the leg and I am only 7 degrees off from that. I added a picture that I just took today.

My appointment at personalized orthopedics of the Palm Beaches went well with the doctor. There was no wait time in the waiting room to see the doctor. However, no one ever called me back to schedule my follow-up appointment after my insurance approved the procedure, so I took my business elsewhere.

I could write a book on my experience with Dr. Martin, his P.A. Bill, and the entire staff. I’m 75, and had a hip replacement last September. I was terrified! It was easier than sitting at the dentist having a crown! The surgery center was amazing. They were so comforting and caring and knowledgeable. My recovery was amazingly fast. By the way, I never took anything but Tylenol for pain, but I really never had any to speak of. I was in horrible pain presurgery, and miraculously none after! That of course was because of Dr. Martin’s great skill and because Steven and Rita at their rehab facility, worked my butt off, and gave me the confidence to go back to the gym. I can’t say enough about EVERYONE in Dr. Martin’s office from the receptionists to the nurses and schedulers. A+

They, Dr. Tucker and Jayden, were excellent as usual. Up beat, organized, efficient and great at their jobs. Receptionist was also excellent as was the woman who made my next apt. Very good practice.

All staff are professional and caring. The office does not overbook and appointment times are kept on schedule. Dr. Press is warm and understanding and never rushes me. He is a terrific listener.

Went in for epidural on back with Dr. Baskin. He and the staff are professional and treated me with care and consideration and were extremely exact in their treatment and answers they gave me during procedure.I would give 5 stars but I think Personalized Orthopedics is in serious need of more space. From finding parking spaces through recovery room, I felt cramped in space and privacy.I am sure i am not the first to complain about this situation.
