Avoid at all costs. I took my favorite pants here for cleaning. The pants were 1200 dollars and it was my first time having them cleaned. I got them back and took them on a business trip. When I went to put them on in the hotel before my meeting I realized they were not about 1/3 of the size they were supposed to be. Absolutely negligent. When I went into the store multiple times to try to notify them I was spoken to rudely and told I needed to speak to the manager but the manager is never there. Find anywhere but this place for your dry cleaning needs

Horrible business. They require cash payment in advance and then bait and switch you on price. Lost items and won’t provide compensation. Didn’t clean items properly and won’t fix or refund. Too many honest business owners out there to be scammed by this place. Go elsewhere.

Bad service, ? says open at 9am but made me wait outside for 10 min wouldnt open the door and wouldn't let me get my dry cleaning. He was late to work.

First and last time using them. Dropped off shirt and pants on March 20 with a pick up date of March 25. Go to pick it up March 28 and it’s not ready. Was told come back Saturday the 30. Asked for my uncleaned clothes and money back and he said he can’t do that. Asked for owner and he told me he would be there tomorrow. Called when I got home for owners telephone number and he said he can’t give it to me and owner would be there Saturday. Asked for the name of the person I was speaking to and he refused to give it to me and hung up. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I brought 3 items in for alterations, Eneida is the person that does the alterations. She claimed she did not have time to complete the job after 2 weeks. 1 item was completed, the other 2 items were lost??? I went back 3 times, asked for reimbursement of 2 items lost. Called owner, he gave me the run around. I put in a police report and will pursue legal action.

they have always done a great job for me. This last time I forgot about two items. I had left there for 60 days and they were still there and in perfect condition. Will continue to use them.

Ruined a brand new, never worn shirt and refused to do anything about it…Left a brand new shirt for dry cleaning. Picked it up with stains all over the front and sleeve. I took it back and they tried cleaning it again but they say the stains won’t come out.The response is “we can’t do anything about this”. Not even a refund!Basically, I paid this place to ruin my never worn shirt. Bad business.

I went to this cleaners last week. They did a nice job. Today I wanted to drop something else and as I had checked the door to find out their hours, I was sure that was ok. It was only 4:30 and on the door the hours were printed as 7am to 6pm weekdays. The store was closed and locked. I knocked on the door because there was someone inside but signaled me they were closed. If this hours have changed, they could easily change them on the door. Oversight? Laziness? Not customer oriented!

I would like to know why my positive review was taken off yelp in one day ? Then posted "not recommended " along with the rest of the positive reviews ? I am a consumer , not connected in any way to One Price Cleaners . Why my review was taken off ? If I had to review YELPi would give Yelp a negative one star review ! My opinion did not matter ? What kind of "scam" is this ? Better to post on google where reviews are posted and not bumped off ,,,

The receipt given says to pick up on Wednesday after 5pm. The large signage on the door says their hours are from 7a-6p. I went at 5p on Weds to pickup cleaning before I left on Thursday morning....CLOSED! Small note on door says hours are 9a-4p. Too lazy to change the printer and the signage...never again.Service: Organic dry cleaning

I recently moved to Boynton Beach - One Price Cleaners is the first Dry Cleaner I used: I was pleasantly surprised that I was completely satisfied with the quality of the laundering and dry cleaning , the pricing is fair and reasonable , the customer service was so good . The first few times I went to drop off my cleaning I was not sure of their hours of operation . I arrived an hour before opening and knocked on the door , a very friendly worker explained to me that the hours had changed due to CoVid . He explained to me the new hours and politely took my order . The second time I missed the closing time , the owner gladly opened the door for me , I was able to pick up my order without a problem. Excellent customer service and quality work ! No need to go anywhere else - Most satisfied , W Dweck

Lost part of my order. Poor quality dry cleaning. Drapes wrinkled. Policy cash pay only and must pay in full before they take your items to clean. I paid in full. When I picked up my order the clerk "Will" argued I owed him more money. My receipt said paid in full with $0.00 balance. He wanted $38.00 cash and refused to let me have my dry cleaning. Finally he realized I wasn't giving in and said there 'must be a mistake' as other customers helped explain the receipt and policy. Now I have drapes with no clips to hang. Per Will they only had a 'few' when he got them. Per the owner who processed my order and counted with me, all clips were present and for me to leave them on as his team would 'remove' them properly and return. As I was there two other customers had issues. One was refused a published discount. The clerks argued with the man and embarrassed him in front of others. The man was correct. The sign says discount on his items and the amount spent. The clerk read the sign out loud to all customers. As he read, four of us agreed the customer was correct, but the clerk still said "no" even acknowledging what he read. The clerk refused to let us speak with the owner. Claimed he was the manager and his word was final. He walked away and would not speak with me or the other customers. What concerned me the most is how he treated the elderly customers. While I am younger and have patience, how I saw this clerk treat seniors of our community is unacceptable. Up charging, refusing to give published discounts to some, asking for more money in cash at pickup when the receipt says paid in full with $0.00 balance, and calling a customer a liar. I will not add other things noted as they are best investigated by proper authorities that oversee cash collection and employment. Suggest not using this place.
