Horrible service they only have 3 copy machines and two of them is out of service for many many days and no one even come to fix it sounds like office depot cant afford to call someone to come and fix their fax machines

I bought an all in one printer recently but they were out of it at the Military and Atlantic Ave store. The gentlemen Brandon did a great job and called the Boynton and Congress store. I went to pick it up and Mate was there to greet me, understood exactly who I was and couldn't have been more helpful. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helped me in every aspect of my purchase. I would highly recommend him for any promotion within your company. He made me feel excited and sage with my new printer.

I always feel bad for the staff because there is not enough employees, certainly not at the copy or print counter and the people working are each doing the jobs of three people. Office Depot does not focus on customer service anymore.

Never coming back here for printing! You just lost a big customer. I ordered 4 posters.placed order on 13th to make sure it would be ready on 14th. I chose same day printing wity store pick up. Called the store on 14th at 7:40 and inquired why my order wasn't ready. The girl in printing department told me she's leaving at 8 and noone will print it till tomorrow. I asked for a manager who was so rude and just kept repeating like a parrot order won't be ready till tomorrow it depends on how busy we are or how big is the order.and I told her you guys advertise same day printing you have hour and a half before closing time to print it . It was over 24 hours when I placed my order online. She didn't appologises wasvery unprofessional. I suggest whoever needs fast printing go Walgreens. I placed order at 11 p.m. I got email at 6:30 a.m. that it was ready for pickup. Choosing walgreens for all my future projects.you guys are lazy. Unprofessional wity bunch of excuses.

My household ran out of pens, and so all 5 family members have been rumbling over a single one for almost a week.Luckily enough, our local Office Depot in Boynton Beach carries a decent variety of writing untensils, including pens!Great customer service, clean store, and the pen writes like magic.

Please communicate prices to customers before a purchase/ service not after. Will go to Staples from now on. A $2 fee for handing me 2 pieces of paper. Just charge for the paper- which was a valid fee. A $2 service fee for handing me 2 pieces of paper? Keep your paper and everything else. You lost a long term customer. This is why the store is generally . It is not the $2 it is the lack of communication regarding the fee. I used the self - service area.
