I received a call from this bank demanding to know what I do with my money after it leaves the bank. Thinking she was a scammer, I said "None of your business". About a week later, I received a certified letter from a Ms. Simmons stating that my checking account will be canceled due to lack of cooperation. Thankfully I was able to retrieve my money and open an account elsewhere.

The new branch manager Shuntell has turned this place into a ghetto bank location. This location is dirty, bulbs missing and has more employees than customers in the place.

Linda was extremely amazing!!! When talking to linda over the phone, she gave me all the necessary details to open a checkings account with your branch. She was extremely patient and a great experience. It was my first time talking to her and I can hear how much of an angel she is. I rarely write reviews so linda, is a very special person to have on your team especially if I took the time to write a good review like this. Thanks Linda!

Terrible customer service. Website was down so I called to ask them to report it. They wanted to give me a number to call but I was driving so asked if they could report it for me. They said no they were closed. So why did they answer the phone. Do not recommend this branch.
