Certain technicians, including Hannah and Tom, receive praise for doing a great, perfectionist job on dip powder, French tip pedicures, and pink and white manicures, with customers finding a new regular place. However, the salon is described as old, with tools that are dirty and have a weird smell. Work can be sloppy, hurried, and of lesser quality, including burns, uneven trims, acrylic on cuticles, and lifting after two days, leading some to call it mediocre and state they won't return.
I went for a full set and wasn’t satisfied with the results. And they are asking for tips after a bad service.

I usually get my nails done by Ken. Tonight Ken wasn't there so Hannah did my nails. She did a great job. She is a perfectionist. I will have her as my nail tech now.Service: Dip powder
