HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I cannot stress enough how wonderful these pharmacists are. Truly good people who genuinely care about the well being of customers and go above and beyond to make experience quick, painless, and professional. After my experience with Yana and her team, I will never go back to a conventional CVS, Walgreens, or Costco!

hello.what can say about my best pharmacy in reality there is no better name would fit the experience and the service they privide.miss yana and christina they go out of their way to give a service you will never find anywhere else.i really need a few pages to say all good things but i make it short and i tell every one do your self a favor and try them out .you will be customer for life.thank you miss yana and christina for the way you made me feel every month.god bless you all.bye

This was my last Hope to get my RX MEDS filled, and I was totally lied to. I would not give this Health Mart RX franchise a single penny. You have to have TWO meds to be able to have your meds filled, and this is a LAW I WAS LIED TO ABOUT,and I am in the RXs store from the last time I had filled one of my meds before. COMPOUNDING SPECIALIST,and Owner Yana Birbrayer has no interest in keeping Disorders in Balance.

I was very pleased with the warm and helpful staff at the pharmacy when I first picked up my prescription. But the pharmacist who helped me when I had an issue with a prescription they filled was not very helpful or as warm. Even though I explained very clearly what was the problem, she made it clear she would NOT do anything to help fix the issue until she saw it firsthand. That is not good customer service. I'm glad I waited before transferring all my prescriptions over.

I had the pleasure of meeting Yana Birbrayer while on a recent trip to the area during which I needed to get a medication Rx filled. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable; she provided the type of customer service you don’t always get at large chain pharmacies. In a world where it’s increasingly difficult for independent pharmacies to survive, small pharmacies like My Best Pharmacy are hidden gems. It was my pleasure to support a locally owned small business.

I am a grandparent of a child needing specialized medications. Every time I go into My Best Pharmacy I get treated with such care. The meds are always ready the same day they’re requested! The staff is personable, professional, and willing to answer any of my concerns. I can not say enough good things about the pharmacy and the service.

I contacted My Best Pharmacy and spoke with pharmacist Yana. She was very professional and answered all my questions and was eager to help. I made the decision to transfer ALL my prescriptions from a larger chain, to My Best Pharmacy right then. The staff are so kind and it’s more like a little family than a pharmacy. So glad I made the change.

My Best Pharmacy really is the best. I imagine My Best Rx is what pharmacies used to be like back in the day. Everyone knows there knows my name, the medications I take, and my medical history. I know all their names as well. Prescriptions are ready in minutes not hours, even with brand new prescriptions. Only one time did they not have one of my meds in stock when it was due but that was during covid when trump was tampering with USPS trying to steal the election. They filled that Rx the next day.
