Very specific order instructions were given, instructions were not followed. Once they were inforemed, staff would give me the runaround and defer responsibility to someone else. Management does not want to bring resolution from their error and denies any culpability even though there was clear instructions via email. Dispute filed with bank as means of getting a refund because they do not want to resolve amicably.

Sad and disappointed. Refused to help or even apologize for my son's uniform shirt numbers continuously coming off in the wash. We were not asking for anything free and would have purchased a new one, just needed some help. We were scolded for ironing them back on. The numbers were not even the same. He has had a game every day after school and we had no choice. He has played on rec and travel teams since he was 5 and I wash his jerseys inside out in cold water by themselves using he gentle cycle.

Absolute trash. Not honest and they will not try and make it right. Too many screen printers do a better job than them.

Could not agree more with the previous review. First they are SLOW. Second they are rude. Third they lie. I mean flat out lie. Had a small issue with a jersey and they flat out lied about the materials they used. My son's jersey number fell off during a wash. We were able to reapply it but after second wash it happened again. Brought it back to them and rather than fix the issue they said it was my fault and offered a fix that they in fact said would not work. Why even offer it if it wasn't going to work? They're a woman owned business so they are able to maintain a contract with Palm Beach Public Schools. This allows them to not care about the quality of their product. Stay away. There are so many other good options for this service they're not worth your time or money.

They do all our work shirts, and I only know them for 10 years of doing all of my daughters softball uniforms. They are a rocking family business!!
