Service was originally great, but gradually degraded to horrific. I canceled, Was being billed as Motor City and they Credited it as El CAR Wash. I called CC Company and put a Freeze on all future charges from both and filed a complaint with the BBB. Just to much Drama from their team. Put a dent in my door as well.

Im not sure why I even gave them another dhot and here it is on a Friday night, my busiest night and im sitting at the car wash at 8:16pm and they already have shut down after I purchased a monthly pass again, im a rideshare driver and I have to run my vehicle through between jobs, and now this is the 4th time this month that I take out early from my job to insure im there well before the posted 9pm closing time and even this post is being done at 8:35pm and 10min when arrived they had already shut the gate and put up the cones so you could not use the carwash. I dont understand why you dont post your hours as 8pm as your closing time so this way I would have never waisted my money getting a monthly pass! I was willing to look over the fact that the air compressors had been shut off during 2 previous visits so I was unable to use the air even though the staff had told me that after 8pm we were able to use the vacuum area for self service. But now im just really annoyed because im counting on these services so I can continue to do my rideshare business in the evenings and was the entire reason I purchased this package but I guess I will have to look into other car washes in the area that actually stay open the hours they have posted. Thanks

Love this chain car wash, but on this location vacuum is not included, you have to pay and stuff will vacuum for you.
Other locations vacuum is included.
Would be great if this location also have option of free self vacuuming.

Brought in a mid size SUV for an interior-exterior wash (no wax, no tires). Been coming to the same location since it opened. With tip, the service cost just under $45. Turns out they upped their prices about $10 from the last time I brought the same car in six weeks ago. That’s an insane and unwarranted increase. For just under $45, I’ll do it myself. It was noticeable that the lines weren’t as long as usual. Maybe I’m not the only one disappointed with the unwarranted price increase. Never again, I’m done with this place.

Constant problems with simple requests at this Boynton location.
As you drive in, one guy will lightly spray only the left side of your vehicle, too lazy to walk around and do the right side.
The majority of the employees cannot speak English. On one occasion asked employee not to wipe near sticker because it might come off. He then pealed the sticker off. Paid 120 for a detail and there was spots all over and he never applied any wax as advertised. They did try to redo it, but ended up repaying me in a gift card because they knew I realized they couldn’t execute what they advertised. Today, I had to wipe down the panels in the back area of the suv myself because they missed it. There were 5 employees just standing around and watching me clean the inside of my own car and not working. I have offset wheels and tires and asked for no tire shine because it sprays all over the paint when driving out of there and leaves discolored spots all over. I had an employee who spoke English tell the employee that did not speak English what I wanted. Employee agreed and then tire shine was on the tires and sides of vehicle upon leaving. Manager said he watched the video to see if the employee put tire shine on and said the employee did not. During the conversation he admitted he watched the video of the wrong vehicle when I asked what lane was he watching. He then lied saying his employee didn’t put shine on when he admitted watching the video of the wrong vehicle just seconds before. I cancelled membership. $15 at best for $40 car wash. Stay away!!

Was a member up until today. They let four other people cut me in line had to wait an extra 40 minutes to get my car vacuumed out. When canceling the membership they refused to refund me told me I had to call customer service, and customer service refused to refund the membership.
