Acting as designated driver for my gal pals tonight I wanted a shine to the inside & out of car. I “happened” to drive into Mark Simon’s Bay & feel Blessed. Mark is a hard worker & I can tell he’s dedicated to what he does. I was so pleased that I gave him an extra-extra tip. If you go to the Hypoluxo franchise, ask for Mark Simon. He’s in the bay next to the building. END

I found him When I turned my keys over to Richiy at the Hypoluxo Car wash, besides knowing he would do a great job I asked that he pay special attention to my wheels. He did he ever & did an excellent job. TY!

If you want your car damaged then sure give this place a try. My mom came here for a car detail. She was told she couldn’t receive one unless she was a member. She was then pressured to sign up and told to leave if she did not. She was instructed to leave through a narrow walk way exit. She was uncomfortable doing this and told the employees. They assured her “it was fine” . She scratched the side of her car and when upset the employee pointed to a sign saying “we do not cover damages” and told to leave. She was completely distraught. The behavior of the employees and management was DISGUSTING. This place is a complete scam and upper management is well aware of what their employees are doing. I’ll tell anyone who will listen DO NOT GO HERE. There are a bunch of reports of others who have had their car damaged here. Better to wash your car at home.

This place went downhill since it sold. Staff are not friendly at all. They do not have the customer service anymore.

I went to the self service car wash on 441 to see if the cost saving was worth it. So I came back to El Car Wash, they charge $20 for the exterior and I sat there for 20 minutes before anyone touched my car. I had to get to a meeting, so I left. I paid $20 for the machine to rinse my car. The self service car wash is better.

I’ve been here a lot and both my parents have memberships , this is the best place to get your car washed and cleaned out , they do a spectacular job , just absolutely wowed. The manager Steven is a great guy and runs a great buisness , we need more places like this .

Best car wash in the county! Excellent customer service, hard workers with a smile, love it absolutely recommend them to all! Car inside and out always looks amazing
