I just had to leave a review about the rockstar Timmy at 4717. His customer service is amazing, he literally multi task and take care everyone. He is very polite, patient, professional and helpful. I'm only going to this location from now on.

#1 Metro Store in the Area. Timothy, the manager, is a pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable regarding plans, pricing etc!!!

CHECK THE BILL These crooks stuff your bill with insurance, chargers and other unwanted fluff without ever asking. Absolutely brutal about it! Don't pay $35 for a charger you already have!

I needed an IPhone after going to three metro stores all had bad and rude customer service and unknowable to the products. No patience as I walked in “are you here to pay a bill?” That was my greeting. finally I stopped at this location on my way home . Suhad was a breath of fresh air .On point with service and very knowledgeable. She helped me tremendously with my iPhone purchases. This location is my go to !

Wonderful day I would like to start off by saying this location is not welcoming to Black people there are other locations you could take your business to but the lady named Sue is absolutely ridiculous she would be better off if she just hang a sign that said Black people not welcomed after my encounter with her I called Metro to try to gain access to my account and everything was changed this is a very nasty location as far as attitude

I went to metro on hypo and congress to get a samsung watch 4 and Ms Sue was the one who helped me and she was very nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend going to go see her whenever you need help or need a phone
