DO NOT GO TO THIS T MOBILE STORE IF you want things done right! I returned a lap top within 10 days and they never credited my account. I had to argue. THEN, my T Mobile high speed internet was not working. T-Mobile said go exchange it. Well. This place wanted to charge me an activation fee AGAIN ?—which is NOT What they should do. They also would NOT give me CASH BACK when I paid with cash! They are terrible. Especially the girl that works there. You know who you are. SMH. PSA. Go anywhere but here

They’re not honest at all. They’ll lie to you to make you buy their phone, saying they’ll lower your monthly payment. It’s all lie.

These guys were okay*I'm not all that happy with Metro. The cost to reinstate is more expensive at this location. Plus, I was told it'd cost $0 if I did it myself online- problem is, the robo operator asks for a phone number which can't be reached bc mine decided to take a swim in the toilet (what can I say...? It was hot outside? ???), and bc or couldn't get through she hung up on me... frustration!BUT... Metro offers a special program the others don't!*One more thing- advice, for what is worth, ... if you're going to work there and NEED to be on your phone for some reason, do it where customers don't see you as they walk in... it looks so unprofessional!

Manager. of store was rude and unprofessional .I was being helped by a service person and in the middle of us talking she tried to hit me up for a donation, for school supplies.I will never go back to this store. She found the pleasure telling me that metro isn't corporate no longer and waved her hands to leave the store. This manager needs a wake up call and fire her. Never got my phone fixed had to go to another store..

Very kind guy there Jason was super friendly with me he helped me transferred all my data to my new phone which I really appreciate. I take back this review. When I checked my receipt, I realized that I had been scammed by a very clever con artist. I reported him to the Corporate office. DO NOT GO TO THE METRO PCS STORE ON BOYNTON BEACH BLVD.

Worst customer service. They act like you are bugging them. One worker says one thing another says another. Even home office customer service told me when I called said they should have answered your questions and here call these numbers for other stores if they are going to be that rude. I did and those stores didn't answer phone after I called several times. We cancelled service immediately and went with another carrier.

Bad service was greeted as I walked in “are you here to pay a bill?” I wanted to buy an iPhone but the young lady attitude I was bothering her. This store use to be cool but staff has changed and this young girl as no clue about customer service.

12/29/22 DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS STOREThe owner or manager was very rude using curse words. He finally told me he does not need more customers and with foul language told me he was not going to help me.The faul language he used was harsh.
