this is the best nail salon in boynton beach! they treat you like family and respect everyone they are always so attentative they offer many services the girls in the front desk are amazing and so caring i will never go to another nail salon ever this is home!

This is the most unprofessional nail salon, the girls talk about you right infront of you? They overbook not enough staff, everyone was rushing to get out nails were not professionally done. My nail tech didn’t know that you’re supposed to do a second coat on nails wanted to do everything with one coat rushed me cut my fingers up wasn’t able to do any of the designs I had showed her told me they were too complicated when they were very simple I could do them.beyond unorganized and proceeded to not calculate
The service and call us later on to say we forgot to pay for a pedicure. Would never go here again disgusted.

I booked an appointment with my friend needed some tlc after having an already awful trip. We booked our appointment for 5:30pm and my friend had two people working on her while I was left waiting on a nail tech that “wasn’t skilled enough” to do what I wanted. Finally at 7:30pm they said they can finally do my nails but at that point we had already been there two hours. It would’ve taken an additional hour and a half of time to do my nails which they hadn’t even started on even though they had a surplus of staff in the back. After leaving the salon without my nails done only having received a pedicure I got a call an hour later saying they forgot to charge me for my pedicure. They wanted me to proceed back to the store and take another day out of my already terrible vacation to go pay them. Mind you the entire reason I left was because we had to push back our dinner reservations with my 91 year old grandmother. I look down at my toes the next day and one of my gel polish has completely come off and the one beside is lifting, after less than 24 hours. I will never give this salon another penny when I’ve been coming here for about 2 years, I have never felt this way leaving a nail salon nor written a bad review about a salon but this was next level unprofessionalism. If I wanted my toes to chip off the next day I would’ve painted them myself.

Such an amazing salon right when you walk in there is always someone to greet you at the desk and the service is amazing. The nails I got were very beautiful and as a first time guest I will definitely be coming back!!

Had manicure the girl could not speak 1 word of English. The nail polish chipped after a day because the nail polish was old. I will NEVER GO BACK

Saturday, After a horrible experience at Victoria Nails up the road, I did a quick Google search and found Majestic Nails, which had fantastic reviews. I called to see if I could come in, and the friendly receptionist told me to come right over. They took me back immediately, and Amanda was absolutely amazing. She took her time, and these are my natural nails with Nextgen – she made them look the best they have ever looked, and my toes are equally perfect. They are not bulky, so natural-looking, and sculpted to perfection.
Amanda, my new Cuban mami, is now my go-to stylist! I am so happy I had that poor experience because otherwise, I might have never discovered Majestic Nails. I hope the excellent service continues, and if not, you will definitely hear about it.

PLEASE, if you see that the customer is not happy don’t think only about the money, the customer comes to the salon to feel good. Took over 2 hours to get it done, the lady that was doing my nails didn’t speak any English and no one fixed what I needed fixed. Very disappointed with the results

We had an amazing time here!!! Mike and Nina were great! Me and my mother got pedicures and it was very relaxing and they were kind to us the whole time! We all had lovely conversations. They made sure everything they were doing was good and that we enjoyed it! Definitely was a great experience:)!
