Suzanne as the rest of the staff was so kind, patient and helpful. I was due to go to the regular post office and have been to many around the country. If I could I would come to see Suzanne and the team at all costs. Support them, most business should be as serviable and as helpful as they are!Happy holidays!

I've used the Mailstop team for nearly decade to handle my business mailbox from afar. I was always informed when I had mail that needed to be retrieved and they were always great about filtering out the junk to avoid shipping me useless mail. The customer service has always been great and I look forward to my conversations with their team.

I left some items behind in Boynton Beach last weekend; contacted this store to help me ship my stuff back home. Maxine was wonderful over the phone and very helpful. I was able to pay over the phone and got my stuff the next day ! Great customer service.

I went in for a fingerprint screening and they denied me service because I didn’t have on a mask luckily I had one in my car but what made me side eye them was the fact that everyone in the store hand no masks on .

I've been coming here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. The ladies that work there are kind and friendly. I'll continue to choose Mail Stop as my local post office.

Will not be using any of their services again. The woman who works for the owner acts helpful but has trouble completing simple task, she acts like everything is so complicated. It wasn't.. She was sarcastic and rude, the whole time. ??

I made an appointment here to be fingerprinted. When I got there nobody was wearing masks, including the employees, and it’s a very tiny little shop so germs easily flow. 10 minutes after my appointment time, she finally talks to me. She said I need to wear a mask to get printed cause we’re too close (in a store that’s literally 5x7). She then proceeds to tell me go next door to pharmacy to buy some…. Idk if they have some sort of relationship because she did not have one to mask herself or any to offer one to me. Such hypocrisy that she doesn’t have one for herself!! Also, if it’s so important to mask for printing, you’d think they’d have to offer their customers- like literally every other store in the world does- rather than push another business.She also asked if I had an appointment which I made over a week ago. In the email, there is no mention of masks which I said to her. She said yeah it’s on the sign right here (point to a wall next to her). We’ll, unless I arrive there I wouldn’t know what the sign says! Wasn’t even posted on the door outside. So here I am 15 min late due to them helping other people and making up this rule in thin air and not offering to help enforce their own rule.I left and definitely won’t go back. I rather drive somewhere far than support a crooked business.

I have used the Mail Stop for several years and have always had a positive experience. I have stopped going to the Boynton post office due to lack of service and, it seems, no knowledge of what they are doing. I find the Mail Stop pleasant, clean and staffed with knowledgeable employees.

This Lady would not service me until I put on a mask. I had to go buy a pack of masks. Then right in my face she lets this lady who clearly doesn’t have a mask on breath all in her face. Select enforcement of the rules is discrimination.

I was told I needed a mask and they refused service. I bought a box of masks and they service me. I watch the same lady service two more people without a mask.
