Top notch customer service these people are not pushy they will help you find a plan that works for you it still has that local home town vibe rather than some corporate fee that does not care about the customer these people don't try to force you to buying coverage you don't want or need and take the time to explain everything in detail. You always talk to a real English speaking person not a computer or foreigner

An unfortunate paperwork incident led to an issue with the department of motor vehicle. However thanks to Leslie Kay's personal intervention and diligence she was able to correct the matter to my satisfaction. Update: if you actually read my review or emails, this information was provided to you 6 months ago. Yes you have contacted me multiple times, I have referred you to the original email chain dated June 20, if you do not have it I’d prefer you’d admit that you lost personal information.This location provided excellent and prompt service regarding my motorcycle insurance and seemed to be a good fit regarding adding my vehicles. Sadly, I provided all of the requested information to this company over 6 months ago and reiterated the information multiple times, still nothing was effectively provided. Work with a provider who will reply in a timely manner and not lose personal/sensitive information.

I purchased my new insurance policy for my 2021 Harley Davidson Tri Glide from David Downing at Leslie Kay’s Inc and was absolutely amazed at the service that I received. They were once a great company but here in the last few years they have been dropping the ball especially this last time I assume they won't help you find a better rate for auto insurance if you currently have progressive I told them several time I wanted other quotes that I needed to find a different insurance company since progressive kept changing what I I need to give them to get my premium back down to what it was before the decided to add my two non licensed and non driving children to my policy. So I finally after asking 4 different times to get a couple different quotes for different carriers and not getting anything but on we understand why you would want to leave progressive and to let them know when I found a different carrier so I did just that I went to state farm and now pay 250 less a month for same exact coverage go figure
