Took my 13 yr old son for bloodwork there that needed to be completed by 8am. Arrived early. Technician was not overly warm or friendly. Printed labels and asked me to verify information was correct. Spelled son’s name wrong so had to reprint stickers. Only looked at one arm to find vein. Didn’t bother looking in other arm. Stuck him once and missed. Attempt in same are again and jabbed him several times blaming him for being dehydrated. He drank a full bottle of Gatorade prior to bed last night but she said it wasn’t water. Drank water while at appointment. Finally got some blood in the line and said it was too slow and she wasn’t going to continue. I asked if she was going to look at the other arm and she said NO. She wasn’t going to work under pressure. No pressure placed but never had a tech not look for another vein. She was nasty unfriendly and had no patience for my child who didn’t make a peep or even flinch while she was poking him several times. Worst experience. Walked out and no blood taken. Stay away!!

Honestly they don’t even deserve one star. I came for a drug test that was scheduled online for 1:45 and I arrived at 1:30 and checked in and they came out and said they stopped the drug test at 1:30. I don’t understand why I was able to even schedule for 1:45 if they stop at 1:30. I drove almost an hour to go there. Waste of my time and gas.

The phlebotomist at this location is the Best! Didn’t feel anything the last 2 times I had blood drawn at this location and the wait was reasonable. MUCH better than Quest.

Oh my goodness, Velma is amazing! She was confident and got my blood on the first try! I have tricky veins, and she was not at all worried. That made me relax, and helped the blood flow. The lab was clean, I was taken on time, and it was a pleasant experience! I will be going back to Velma with any lab orders I need. Thank you!

Please don’t waste your time at this location. Went here for a “biometric screening” to be told by a rude worker that they have no scale to weigh me… ummm excuse you?? How is that possible when I had an appointment that you all do that! Unprofessional!!! If you don’t want to work just say that!! Plus upon arrival the two women inside was so loud laughing with each other the door was shut closed! Seem like a party going and no work. Corporate please check this location for productivity. Never again. Please stay away people.

Find someplace else if your insurance allows it. This place is dirty and disgusting. You have to place your drivers license in a filthy disgusting plate to register as the scan for appointment does not work. There is no sanitizer by these filthy units. Then if you have to take a urine test, the bathroom is, well I do not even have words to describe it. I left, as I would not touch anything in the facilities provided for this test.

The lab tech was rude and dismissive and looked like she was annoyed with everyone. The check in kiosks were covered up and people had been waiting for more than an hour for a walk in appointment. When I asked about that, she basically said "tough luck", they should have made an appointment. I know the location is convenient but not worth it if you wanted to be treated poorly.

Didn’t have an appointment but waited over an hour before walking out , she was only taking appointments and there’s was nothing stating that at the location. While taking appointments she was waiting anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes between the appointments and didn’t take any walk-in. One man was waiting and stated he had an appointment and she was very rude and said that she didn’t have a record of it. After I left 2 others left also. I will never go to that location again
