Have been doing business with this company for a while, however this is the last time, they have been an ok company but don't expect them to take responsibility when they make a mistake. They have made a number of mistakes on orders over the last year and never take responsibility them. Very disappointed in the ownership who just cares about himself and not the customers. Leaving us to either replace the items or try and explain the error to our customers.

I tied the email path to exchange Dads Christmas present for smaller size.Two times no responseSo I called them. $39 t shirt $8 shipping so I’m supposed to send it back on my dime instead of emailing me a return postage.Buy fake from eBay. Not worth it.

My hospital uses this vendor for our t-shirt orders and jackets, so I decided to inquire for an order for my department. I spoke with Daniel on the phone and he said he'd send me an email with more information. 2-3 weeks went by and no email, I had to call multiple times to finally get more information. I asked some follow-up questions and was ghosted since then. Terrible customer service and communication.

Best customer service ever! I was missing a shirt from an order and called and explained what happened. The lady I spoke to was so nice and told me that she would get the shirt here as quickly as she could. It arrived the next Day - in time for Christmas. I’ll be a customer for life.

I did a custom order and had a deadline to meet for an event which they made sure they were done for. I was a referral from a long time customer and I won’t go anywhere else for the next batch. Thanks for all of the help Danny!

Tried to get shirts made through this company but it was like pulling teeth trying to get things rolling. Ended having to go pick up my sample shirt and find someone else who wanted the work. Danny talks a good sales game but falls short when it comes to actually getting something done.

I ordered a shirt for my boss with plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas but it was lost by the Post office. This world we live in does not do well with the "my word against theirs" Scenario but I contacted Kluch Apparel and was treated SO well. Alexa And Sonja both helped me beyond all customer service expectations. They contacted the Post office on my behalf, assisted in a new order and even made sure the new order arrived before Christmas even though we were on a major time crunch. This issue was not even theirs to resolve, it really was the Post Office's error, and yet they made me feel like a VIP customer. I am so grateful for their kindness and would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you so much Kluch!
