I'm really disappointed. Kenny's has been my go-to store for 7 years since I live nearby and can walk there. The old workers and managers were like friends. They even gave me champagne every New Year's as a gift, since I'm a regular. They ALWAYS had what I wanted in stock, and they knew my habits and knew when to stock more of the products I like when I'm on a work break. Now, with the new mamagent, they're almost always out of what I need and they just flat out LIE, saying "It'll be here tomorrow". Meanwhile, what I wanted still isn't there DAYS later. I agree with what others have said. I'm going to have to switch to Ocean Food Stores. Sad. It was such a a staple in this community.

Nasty female cook. She makes you feel so uncomfortable when you ask for anything. Never go back in there again. The guys up the street is way better.

This store has recently undergone an ownership change and it has dramatically gone downhill ever since. It seems as though the people running the store have never been in the customer service business before. I went to buy some beer but the beer in the cooler did not have any pricing. I asked a nearby employee who appeared to be in charge for some pricing. She responded by telling me that I had to take everything to the front register to get the pricing. I explain that it is not the customer's responsibility to do all of the work in order to find a price. Instead of getting the pricing she got an attitude. Most of the items on the store shelves now do not have the prices displayed. I have been using the store for many years but I have now made my final visit. Their customer service is a complete failure and their attitudes are even worse. There is another Convenience store a couple of blocks down the street. That's where I'll be going from now on.

The food they specialized in the 5.99 combo with fries it's smaller then years ago but cost more and don't taste as good glad I stopped going was supposed to be a treat since they charge double what they used to but it was underwhelming and disappointing.

Interesting market, great selection of beers and reasonable pricesSame for wine selection, mostly unknown but interesting.Ordered a ham and cheese on sub roll, roll was stale and ham portion was small,Ate a couple of bites and thru out.Will give the kitchen another try, maybe a burger.Cashier very friendly but cook not a happy person.Love small non chain businesses, this is it.Cousin Ernie would love this placeTwo stars for kitchen, rest of convenience store a 4 star ⭐️
