I've had Kelly Davis for my agent for many many years. She handles the insurance for my car, my home and my rental. I will write her a question on a Saturday night and i get a reply either that night or the next day from her. My point is she must be always checking her email. I have even told her a few times i didn't expect a reply over the weekend or at night....I am insurance ignorant and yet she takes the time to explain details to me.She is always there for you with information and help.
