Man charged me $200 to steam clean a couch that was not a large surface. He came with broken supplies and took 40 min just to heat up. He basically spread urine all around my couch with hot steam. Never cleaned it. He knew why I was hiring him yet made the situation worse. Had to hire someone else who then took all this dirt out of my couch just 5 hours after he left. Hence his work didn't do anything. Refused to refund me. Basically a fraud. Don't pay him for services.

2 before & 2 after, I was totally amazed when Jason was finished restoring my headlights. The car is 10 years old and already has some real paint damage. I was driving the car to the point that my lights were noticeably dim when driving late at night, which is not safe. Even my high beams didn't seem that much brighter and there was a yellow tinge. But after the restoration I was pleasantly surprised and feel much better driving at night. Jason and his wife were so nice and helpful, explaining the process and different items he was using to my dad and I. I will definitely be calling him if I have more detailing needs in the future!

I don't get it. Friends have ceramic coating and their cars get as dirty as mine. Now car wash places are offering it. So what's the deal? All my cars are new and no damage.... I don't need any paint correction. So why is this worth doing? Please educate me

Wow, this was a surprise birthday present and Jason arrived on time and was above and beyond professional! My beloved 2002 BMW was treated with TLC and he was knowledgeable in the superior products that are used. Thank you!

I give Jason five stars not only for responding quickly but mostly for honesty...a quality that is very rare now-a-days. He explained to me the reason he couldn't perform the job (my paint is pass compounding) and actually requires a repaint. Anybody else would of proceeded to do the job just to make a quick buck and not actually solve the issue. I appreciate his straightforwardness and I'll definitely will look for his service in the future when my car requires it.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Jason's service from start to finish was outstanding. He responded to my inquiry right away, presented me with several different car wash packages to chose from and scheduled an appointment convenient for me. Once he finished washing, waxing and detailing my car, it looked better than it did the day I bought it off the lot. The car is impeccable. Jason's professionalism and fantastic work made this an incredibly positive experience. I STRONGLY recommend JRS.

Called Jason to restore two cars that are well cared for but needed to be thoroughly detailed. I was willing to pay extra money for a job well done and Jason delivered results that passed my expectations. Be ready to pay a fair price, but the work speaks for itself!
