KIM is wonderful! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and fast! We told her our budget for a suit and she not only found us a great one within our price range, a color we loved, suggested a great matching tie, and was able to squeeze us in for some tailoring this week! She provided accurate measurements, brought several styles of slacks to the fitting room, and provided shoes to accurately measure pants for length. She even wished us luck on my boyfriends upcoming interview and saved us $$$ by showing us an in-store QR code. Mgmt should definitely recognize this outstanding employee bc we will be back! HIGHLY recommend this store and Kim especially!

My husband was shopping pretty last minute for a jacket to wear to a work event out of town, and we opted to stop into Jos A. Bank before stopping in the Men's Wearhouse next door.
We were promptly greeted by Valeria who was beyond attentive and provided us a great customer experience. We gave her the parameters of what he was on the hunt for, she got his measurements done, and provided us with several options within his budget. She was patient as we asked our multiple questions, tried on several different items and didn't make us feel rushed or unwelcome to take our time shopping. I don't think we could have asked for a better attendant for our visit.
We were able to walk out with a jacket and pants that my husband (and I) was happy with. We ended up picking some items from their clearance section, and the cost for both items came to the equivalent cost of one jacket from the men's store right next door.

Awful experience the so called Taylor ruined two suits and employees instead of apologize for the inconvenience they give you a big attitude. The quality of the suits is very low, a year after purchasing it has deteriorated badly between the legs. I definitely don't recommend it.

Marcos and everyone at store is amazing, great help. Ordered a custom suit for my wedding and everything was 5 stars, cannot recommend this place enough!

Panic was beginning to set in as my son's wedding day was approaching quickly. I looked online for a suit but wasn't comfortable with the risk of shipping and receiving something that would need extensive alterations. A very friendly and helpful Valeria answered the phone and confirmed they had suits in my size before I made the hour long drive to the store. Upon arriving, Valeria helped me find a perfect fit for my jacket, pants, and shirt. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and I walked away a very happy customer. Thank you Valeria.

I purchased my suit from their store online. I was concerned that I had the wrong size. Marcos, was very helpful he provided great service and feedback on what alterations to get a modern fit. I would recommend this location and getting you suit with Marcos.
