Honestly awful customer service. I’ve had a policy with them for more than 2 years now and my policy continuously gets increased during each renewal even though my coverage is the same and I have a clean record. I’ve called multiple times about this and have been left with a “there’s nothing we can do” or no answer at all. Definitely disappointed and currently looking for a new company.
