Very good customer service. Spoke with kind gentleman named fred. He fixed the jump ring of my silver necklace very quickly and polished it for $15. 10 out of 10 would go again.

I needed to have a clasp replaced on my necklace. After being told at another establishment that it would take 10 days and cost $80.00, Fred charged me $15.00 and had it ready the same day. He is honest and professional and I would definitely recommend him.

First time at Jan's Jewelers. Believe the reviews. I had this monogramed gold golf ball marker custom made. Fred did a fantastic job! It came out perfect! Absolutely love it and so did my boyfriend. I was looking for a place to get my ring resized and polish. Went on google look up what was near and the reviews. End up going in when he looked at my ring and tell me yes it can be resized and polished for the price he was going to do it I was shocked. My ring was looking rusty. When I picked up my ring I was blown away Happy and this review is being written 6 days later this place deserves it.

I've had 2 expensive watches and a star sapphire ring repaired here at Jan's and couldn't be any happier. Watches needed batteries, Ebel, and a Gucci. I was told bye other Jewlers they both needed expensive work and couldn't do it. I went to Jan's and after he expected both all they needed was a couple of screws and the correct batteries. Job well done and great to find an honest and knowledgeable person. My ring was cracked on the back and repaired with no damage to the stone. Not only fair priced but a great job was done. I highly recommend Jan as he knows what he's doing

Very friendly gentleman help me as soon as I walked in and had me out in 10 minutes for what I needed. Only problem was the step to get in as a little high for us all people but otherwise good job.
