Hands down, the Maintenance team is fantastic. I just moved to this complex and encountered an issue… maintenance was quick to respond and addressed the issue promptly and professionally.
I’d also like to mention, the office staff has been phenomenal. From inquiring about an apartment to my actual move in date, it truly couldn’t have gone smoother.
Extremely happy to call IMT home!

My Daughter & myself relocated here from NY, the whole time we were deciding on an apartment IMT was our first choice! It took a while but only because of timing on our part. The office staff were great from the start, answered all of our concerns and questions. We are here now for a little over a month and very happy here. We thank the office staff very much for all of their help!

Can’t say enough great things about this place! Close to a year of living here, and we couldn’t be happier. Special shout-out to the maintenance crew, they ALL work so hard every single day, and are super attentive and professional every time. We had Israel come by to fix a minor issue in one of our bathrooms a few weeks ago, then again today to fix a minor plumbing issue also in the bathroom. Always with a smile on his face, greets you every time he sees you, seems to really enjoy his job and his work shows that! Ivan came by a couple of months ago and fixed a washer/dryer issue that we had. Fixed it in under and hour and it’s been working perfectly fine since! All around very pleased, I could write reviews all day about this place, but that’d be a bit much ha!
