Beautiful place, well maintained BUT HOA fees are off of the charts, CRAZY. Building 39 not properly maintained and management (GRS) overrides condo owners requests for improvement. Landscaping of building a disgrace.

Very active friendly club with many activities Inside and out. Indoor pool with aquatic classes There are 5 sections each with their own conveniently located outside pool. Shows, movies, social clubs, library, beautiful theatre.

Love this place as our winter home. Many activities such as pickleball, paddle tennis, tennis, card rooms and numerous clubs. Very nice theater for shows and movies. Outdoor pools in each section and indoor pool.
