Beautiful place, well maintained BUT HOA fees are off of the charts, CRAZY. Building 39 not properly maintained and management (GRS) overrides condo owners requests for improvement. Landscaping of building a disgrace.

Wilma was lovely to talk to, but it is too expensive for me. However the pix are beautiful.
