I have used H&R Block for years. This year I had a brand new LLC that needed attention. Marilou Jean Louis at the Boynton Beach Jog Road Location, was a dream, she was fast, efficient, personable, and really cared. We will be back next year!!

This is our second year working with Loreine Fernandez at H&R Block. She was wonderful to work with, explained everything and any all of our questions throughout the process. She is 100% professional, and so easy to work with. We willl definitely be back next year!!

I did contact your customer support team and nobody has ever followed up. Pretty much like the 3X it took for my taxes to be filed properly with three different preparers. Have the pleasure to wait 2-3 months for refunded overpayments. Never again.

H&R Block @ 8300 Jog Rd/Boynton Beach. DON'T GO. Our tax preparer, Regina, is completely unresponsive. We dropped our taxes off there almost a month ago, and she's only called once to say she will send an email with some additional information we needed. We could not open the email, that was almost 2 weeks ago. We reached out, left messages, emailed, gone 3x in person, and have not been able to communicate with her. We finally pulled our taxes from this branch. VERY DISSAPPOINTED in this branch but mostly in Reinga's inability to simply reply to an email or pickup the phone. H&R Block has been very good to us, but this is the second year with Regina, and she was just as bad last year. We will take our business elsewhere.
