I’m sure if I had used Bert or Bill I would have a much better experience. However, I had Irina, who I was unhappy with. I come into their office, and she looked disheveled - her dress was filthy and she was covered in food crumbs. When she started my taxes, she didn’t ask any questions and just assumed things, so I had to correct her multiple times. I just hope and pray that I don’t get an adjustment in a few months based on her assumptions about my tax status.
