High Ridge Landings:Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with High Ridge Landings over the past year. The experience has been nothing short of terrible. Despite numerous emails and text messages regarding mold issues, my concerns have been consistently ignored with no response from management. For 1 year I have sent countless emails to Shannon about this problem only to be ignored or undermined. Additionally, the community is plagued with dog poop scattered from one end to the other, creating an unsanitary environment. The valet trash service has been equally negligent, throwing trash from the 3rd floor and leaving broken glass and trash strewn across common areas when he misses. Furthermore, the infestation of roaches has spiraled out of control, with promises of maintenance assistance unfulfilled. Despite being assured that the maintenance team would address the issue three Thursdays ago, there has been no improvement. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and failure to maintain basic cleanliness and safety standards make High Ridge Landings an unacceptable living environment.

Completely agree with Mr Berm ( last google review ) this place is newly built ‘2017’ the maintenance of the buildings and roof has deteriorated , The roofs are in dire need of being cleaned, The gates are constantly breaking, Parking is a nightmare, The only nice amenity available to the residents is the pool, which continues to close due to cheap pool maintenance company that the management hired, when the community was built, the pool heater was a very nice feature & now the heater has completely broken down & instead of upgrading the electric panel & fixing the heater, management is not owning up to having that repaired properly.
This complex was once very nice to live but Unfortunately, the turnover of management companies has made this property go from a 10 to a 3.

UPDATE: the gates are continually breaking or not working, they are not very good and should be replaced with a system that functions and stays closed. I will update this review once the gates are fixed.UPDATE: I was very happy to see the back gate finally fixed after many months! Now we just need the right side main gate that is always open to be looked at and we are good to go! Still leaving 5 stars, keep up the good work!UPDATE: Just curious as to when the back gate will be fixed, as anyone can enter the community. This is not safe and should be fixed asap. Also the front right gate is broken again. Something needs to be done about the parking on curbs, hydrants and stop signs. It is a hazard to drive there at night, ticket or tow these cars. Implement a car decal system so the office knows which cars are rightfully allowed to park in the community. Other than this the place is great!I am a new resident and thus far my experience has been great overall. The community is nice, clean, quiet and we'll kept. Thanks to the maintenance team for keeping it sharp. Only minor thing I have noticed externally is the stairs, breezeways and breezeway lights can use a cleaning or pressure washing on a scheduled interval, as these are high traffic areas. I would like to personally thank Michelle and Christopher in the office for making the move smooth and easy for us, they have truly been wonderful, kudos to them. The apartments are very nice with good open layouts. Only recommendation I have for any future refurbishing would be grey floors and darker grey wall paint. Guest parking is very limited, perhaps a guest lot can be built in the future on the openbit of land behind the community? Towing and stickers should be enforced, as I have had unauthorized vehicles in my spot a few times already, which is frustrating. Parking is an issue most communities face, so it is to be expected. All in all this is a great place and I highly recommend it! Keep up the great work Michelle, Christopher and the maintenance team!

Christopher was great with helping out with info for move in. Maintenance staff has been very good so far. Only negative things I can say is one : the back gate has been broken for weeks and it allows anyone to go in and out. Two: the parking is horrible . We were given 1 assigned spot, we asked for a $40 spot but none were available, so forced to get a garage. Meanwhile, others park whenever , wherever they want. On curbs, fire lanes , blocking garages, etc. Gotta be careful turning corners as you might hit a car that’s parked illegally! Some tenants allow their pets to poop on the sidewalks which is rude and gross!

Chris Zaskey has been amazing from day one! Before moving in, he was super communicative and answered the million questions that I had with no hesitation. Since living here for almost a year now, Chris is still my go to person in the management office. He goes out of his way to listen to my concerns and works super hard to make sure that they get addressed accordingly. Thanks for always being so great Chris! I am giving four stars because of the many parking issues, even though they have been addressed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. First off, if you have more than 1 car OR plan on having guests over, you will not have any parking and you will get constant threats from management to have your vehicle towed. Second, the cops are constantly in this complex responding to domestic violence calls and grown men riding around off road vehicles (dirt bikes, atvs) in the parking lot. The pool area is constantly overcrowded with people who are not even residents and leave behind garbage and broken glass in the actual pool. Also the gate is broken half the time so the community is not actually gated. On top of all of that, Boynton beach itself is a high crime area. BEWARE.

We moved here in the middle of October and it’s a cute little place. The parking is a bit of a hassle, but I feel that is an issue with a lot of apartment complexes down here in Florida. The nighttime parking situation is a little crazy as people park along curbs and in the way to where people could potentially hit them. Christopher was super sweet when moving us in and has been accommodating to changes! We thank him for the help!!

Great property with an intimate community right across from the best brewery in town! Chris Zaskey in the front office is the best! He's super helpful and gave me a really informative tour. He is singlehandedly the reason why I'm living here.

Christopher was great. Parking is TERRIBLE. People park in fire lanes , curbs, in Front of dumpster . Awful! We had to get a garage due to a waiting list for the spots that cost $40, meanwhile others park anywhere for free. Be careful going around corner to garage cuz you just might hit a car parked in front of curb! Tow company is rude and will only tow for the management. Maintenance people have been good!

I just moved in at the beginning of October, and Chris the leasing agent was so helpful in my transition into High Ridge. I recently moved to Florida all the way from Pittsburgh and he was very communicative and kind. The staff here is really great and was on top of addressing all of my concerns. Looking forward to living here, the experience has been great so far!!
