My visited this " hospital" based on a fellow neighbor recommendation it was less than stellar, the main doctor (Dr. Keller) is arrogant an obnoxious you can hear her snapping at her staff both nurses an other Doctors (Dr. Garret, i believe ) behind closed doors in a very degrading and condescending manner which is extremely unprofessional and toxic I'm so confused as to how they operate like this when a true holistic facility should be based on energy. Frist a last visit. Never again.

Dr. Keller is the most genuine, no-nonsense Doctor. My senior cat Storm is gaining weight. And very happy. And my senior black pom Ricky is thriving, eventhough he has congestive heart failure and a collapsing trachea. Both conditions have not worsened since he was diagnosed in 2018. I use Dr. Keller, as well as another vet in East Boca as a nice balance.

Nancy Keller is an experienced, well-qualified vet. She understands animals and their illnesses. We have been going to her for years.

I have had several dogs, diagnosed by traditional veterinarians to have terminal illnesses, where the treatment recommended by them was to simply put the dog on prednisone to prolong its life, but not deal with the disease. Dr. Keller, however treats the issue and promotes healing of the disease through homeopathy, ozone therapy, herbal treatments, and other useful methods that help the pet to recover, not just treat the symptoms. If your pet has a terminal issue diagnosed, I highly recommend speaking with Dr. Keller before proceeding with traditional western veterinary medicine techniques. She can save your pet.

I was looking for a holistic way to treat my 14 year old arthritic. Deaf and congestive impaired dog. At first I was impressed with her options on changing his diet and stoping all vaccinations. She also suggested that he stop taking his anti inflammatory meds as well. I wasn’t sure I was comfortable with that but I tried it. We also starting swimming at Jesse pool which is part of the complex. Well needless to say he got progressively worse without his meds. Trying to speak with the Dr is virtually impossible they kept telling me that she will call me back. Never heard from her or the practice. Furthermore when I called to cancel his swimming appointment left a message explaining why. I would have expected to hear from them seeing if he was doing better again no call. I would never recommend Dr Heller to anyone.

Unpredictable practice. 50/50% with the Doctors response. So upsetting I have a very sick dog and needed a 2nd bottle of the bottle that the Doctor made to help Stella sleep and remain comfortable. When I moved a week later I needed the bottle to be refilled. I left a messaged on a Sunday, 8/7/2022,so they would get the message on Monday morning. They never called. I called on Tuesday, August 10th and Michelle said they did not know what medication I was talking about on the left message on the 7th (I was there LESS THAN A WEEK ago!) I did explain in great detail on the phone answering service also and it was the ONLY medication I left with, I reiterated the medication on my reciept bill and how they named the medication. I am not sure how anyone could NOT KNOW what I was talking about. I ask Michelle to please call me back as soon as she had the refill. They never called me. I was so upset..they wouldn't pick up my call. I called 2 times on August 11th. The second time I was so upset that they were so mean and did not care enough to help me and my poor Stella.

Went to Dr Keller as she was highly recommended by the cat community I’m a part of…$675 later & my dog was feeling worse than when we started. They kept having me change his food & he ended up with diarrhea all over the house.Once they have your money you can only speak to Dr Keller through her assistants which isn’t very effective IMO. Messages can get lost in translation & are open to interpretation. When I asked to email or speak to Dr Keller directly I was told I cannot.I asked to start home ozone therapy since I’m a medical professional & you can buy a machine online. They refused to help me get the machine set up unless I came in for another costly vet visit.Find another vet who cares more about your animal than growing their business.

I can say many things about this place but luckily it's ONLY POSITIVE THINGS! Dr. Keller is an amazing veterinarian... I have a dog that is slowly losing walking abilities... and Dr. Keller has been helpful, encouraging and always sees the positive light at the end of the tunnel... Her goal is to help these animals get better, and not hurt people financially throughout the process and that is why I am leaving this review... A lot of vets can screw over their clients and charge outrageous fees... but Dr. Keller and Healing Hearts does NOT rip off their customers! And the treatments do seem to help my dog with his walking, but we'll see as things progress. After 3 visits I would highly recommend this very holistic clinic, especially if you're looking for an alternative treatment option.

It's wonderful to still see 5 star reviews for Dr. Keller and her clinic, but it's just not the case for some of us who have been clients, and dare I say friends of Nancy's, for many, many years. Several friends and I have had the same bad/unprofessional experiences over the past few years (including pre-pandemic times) due to the fact that Dr. Keller is seemingly so insulated by her staff and either communications with her are filtered and never reach her or worse, there are no responses because the doctor herself choses not to respond. The charm may be there for new clients, but it will likely fade as it has for myself and those I've referred to this practice. This is all such a shame considering how invaluable Nancy's expertise and insights once were.

Brought my Dog to Dr Keller for the 1st time on 2/17/22 to get a holistic plan on treating my 10 year old Doxie who has liver inflammation. Our first visit was okay with the Dr administered a B12 treatment and provided a liver vitamin as well as a calming liquid. All was okay until it wasn't. My dog could not lift his head and was not steady on his feet. I called Healing Hearts on a Friday 2/25 early am left a detail message of my emergency. I didn't get a call back till Monday. I called my original vet Pet Calls Animal Hospital that had me bring him right in on Friday. How can a Vet not call back in an emergency 4 days after the original call? I was told they are closed on Fridays what happened to Saturday and Sunday? Needless to say I will not be bringing my Dog back.
