I'm again unable to log into my account since yesterday! It says unable to validate information. I think this usually happenes when their system is down or something but if that's so they need to send us an email or text informing us. I haven't been able to log into my account since yesterday and also can't log into cuserve. SO FRUSTRATING!! Now I'm on hold to talk to someone. Takes them forever to answer. Please do better. I honestly don't want to switch to a bank.

DO NOT BANK WITH GUARDIANS.Don't do a balance transfer with them either because they will blame you for THEIR own check that was sent out and not processed like they did with me.They were supposed to pay my credit card balance off (with another popular credit card company) for a balance transfer.But guess what?For months, I've been led to believing that the balance transfer was successful and in place,(it was reflected on my credit reports as well) until I noticed that I was getting charged late fees and all sorts of delinquent charges from my credit card company that guardians wrote out a check to. (Mind you I had already started repaying guardians back for months). Yet no one could see the error ?SMH.Alfa Johnson from the boynton beach location was the person responsible for this balance transfer process. She's who we signed up with. She assured us that any fees reflected on my credit card statements will be refunded to me because guardians sent out a check to the credit card company to pay my balance.As months went by, I emailed her letting her know that my credit card is racking up late fees and charges. She completely ignored me.She's a horrible communciator. She ignored many of my calls and emails.Guardians blames me for not "following up to make sure that the loan went through". The stupidest nonsense I've ever heard in life.How are you blaming the customer for your error!?! You didn't pay the debt off like you were supposed to(Guardians),Yet it's my fault that I racked up late fees amounting to nearly $400!I asked them to reimburse me for the late fees and to cancel the balance transfer for my credit card.Of course they blamed me and said it was all my fault. THEY(jacky) REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME for the late fees. So now my credit score has taken quite a hit and I have to pay $400 for GUARDIANS' mistake on top of resuming my credit card payments that should've been paid off by them.They had the nerve to ask me if I want them to restart the process. Heck no!!You guys cant even do your jobs correctly and are blaming customers for your lack and failure of responsibility.I also requested this whole error in writing for my records. Jackeline arevalo/Jacky sounded hesitant but said she will email me. Let's see. I will post updates!Jacky and Davina from the summit west palm beach location were adamant that this was my fault and not theirs. What a lack of accountability and integrity. SMH.I will be closing my checking and savings accounts immediately.Do not bank here. Consider yourselves warned.

Not worth a star. Less than a star. Very incompetent, Very rude to customers, Slow, Very negative attitude. Fabricates stories. Steals money. Makes a lot of mistakes. Wicked, Devilish, and Evil bunch of staff. Enemy to progress and should not be in business. Prefer the original Gold Coast Federal that used to occupy that space.

I am a new costumer and definitely I love the costumer service received here. I worked with Jesus Carlo, who was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful.The only thing that is not working great are the online phone numbers and its options, it was hard to contact them first time but once you are a costumer everything is great!! So happy

I Am going to Rewrite this Review as the Bank institution I deal with is one of the best in the region, keep my money safe and im happy, I can understand the amount of Stress placed on banking institutions so out of from1- 10 scale ..ill give this a 10 as ive allready tested this Institutions Resolve in doing my Financial Business Hope to have many Years in business with them..Thank you all at Guardians Credit union~Ricardo

I have had a good experience with this credit union until now. It is the holiday and I did not receive my direct deposit. I usually receive my direct deposit a day early which is a great perk, however, I did not receive it for thanksgiving. My employer also did payroll days earlier to ensure we received our funds. So now, I can not buy food on thanksgiving. Due to this reason, I will be closing my accounts.

The service at guardians credit union service is excellent comparatively to what the old administration used to be. A plus by excellent specially with the new Manager and Mrs Johnson who will go the extra mile in order to help a client. I am surprised by her willingness and accurate answer to many questions. Keep up the good work Mrs Alfa Johnson.

I recently joined this Credit Union and was greeted by Jesus Carlo. He was very informative and I came back for an auto loan. I am so pleased with Jesus. He was so organized and had great follow through. I am so pleased with the rates and terms.

I Dont mean to be Rude But im a Professional,I understand the Amount of Business which Banks Have,I get that But i Waited 20 minutes which I counted Wanting to Create an Account With Your Credit Union and I usually Test the Intro. first as this is a Precursor to Gold Standard Business,in any Given Institution Specifically dealing With Finances as I am searching for a Good Bank institution, Your Phone Reception was inadequate for me Having to Wait then being told to leave a message Im sorry Maybe your Too busy at this Branch,Please have someone Answer The calls Given..It will lose For you some great Business Ai s Are great but they also lose Good Business..Thank you

Worst place to have an account:1. Never answear the phone.2. Never answear your e mails.3. Even if you write your information, they put another in the system so you are not able to answear security questions or recover password.4. You can not solve anything on the phone because their customer service does not work, they do not have any or not sure why they never answear.5. They give you an extension and an e mail and NEVER answear, or call you back, or send an e mail.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Afla on May 20th of 2022. She was simply so helpful while working severely short staffed and had a very rude lady, whom I witnessed giving her a hard time. She still provided service to her with a smile. She shook it off and help me continuing to smile and stay professional and courteous to my needs. People like her often go unnoticed and overlooked by large establishments such as this one. I just want to thank her again and God bless her.This establishment is truly blessed to have such a wonderful person like her providing service with a smile and true dedication to it's customers. She should be training future employees for this company. I have been doing business with this company for over 30 years and she's by far the best from my overall experience with the company. If you have to visit this branch ask for Afla and look forward to the smile and someone dedicated to actually being happy to provide you with service.Thanks Afla.

I recently got a new car loan with Alfa credit union representative . I’m so grateful for Alfa outstanding service!!! She’s informative and explained the process to me. As well, answered all the questions I had. She has great customer service, friendly, and professional. The process was quick and smooth. Alfa went above and beyond to help me. Now I have great interest rate and a new car which I’m financing with credit union. I would recommend her to anyone she’s amazing and will get the job done. Thank you Alfa!!!

I haven't been able to log into my account since last night. The system has literally been down ALL DAY! This happens more then it should and is really annoying and frustrating to members.
