It's mostly bulk food but the price are good 10 pounds of ground beef for 32 bucks is great for a family of 5 makes it 3 to 4 days well worth the purchase if not ziplock bags and freezers work they have most foods and seasonings that major stores have just more of it and the management and cashiers and stocker are great very nice and helpful I try to go there as much as possible

I've been going to Gordon's Food Service for 30 years I love the store. I don't shop for a business, I shop for my personal self. So glad that it's open to the public.

I've been going to Gordon food service in Boynton Beach for over 2 years and the customer service has gone down even with manager. I place an order over the phone every 2 weeks. Recently employees have gotten complacent and forgotten about customer service. I was tried like my order didn't matter. I asked for them to check multiple locations because I need my order and the response I got was sorry we can't find it and the warehouse is out. I gave my name and number. Respectfully I could have been notified that my order was canceled. It's not the place I'm use to going to where employees use to smile and be happy too be at work.

To be honest, I go there only to buy Mexican jaggary at reasonable price. Store must be good but I can't opine because in all fairness, I don't shop there anything else due to large quantities.

If you were small mom and Pop restaurant, or you have a food truck or cart, Gordon food services is a handy to gather provisions. Plenty of parking easy to get in and out of commercial quality products and pricing definitely hit with food service professionals, and the homebase food who wants to do big food.. Plenty of commercial grade cooking and serving equipment, the great alternative to Costco.
