Goodwill makes it so easy to drop off a donation. I just drive up into the bay sort my items into appropriate bins and I'm even offered a receipt. It couldn't be easier to donate housewares, clothing, tchotchkes and stuff that somebody else can use.

The store smelled bad like dampness and mold. The items were dirty. I wouldn't buy anything from here.

Anti American or I'm I crazy?. Read till the end, please let me know if I'm wrong!. Tell me if you don't agree. I can not say any good things any more, I used to love this place, hardcore love. It no longer is even passable, prices are high, quality of goods is very poor and contrary to advertisement playing every 10 mins, "1000's of item do not come out daily", just come in and look at the mostly empty shelves. Pricers over price everything and the lowest quality merchandise comes out every few hours at a time, one cart at a time, like how long does it take 3 people to price a cart?. Specially when 90% of what they put out are platic cups, mugs, vases, plates, forks and the same unwanted item the other stores just don't want, all cups are the same price, all plastics are the same price, yet takes hrs to process a cart. Today a customer asked manager to "volunteer and help the process to move faster". I commented regarding the situation, saying "that would not be good for employees if someone just came and actually got simple things done in an efficient matter, as that would put pressure on them to produce more". Moments later, Mr Edwin the new Manager came out, pulled me to the side and strongly but politely said that I was not allow to make negative comments in the store about the store, I politely disagree and told him it was "My God give right as a human of the free world to express my opinion verbally any time and any place I choose to, as per the US constitution" he disagreed, at which point I decided to back down and not cause a sceen, I will continue to shop for the reminder of my paid GW membership and not ever come back to a store or support a company that intimidates people not to express their views or concerns, as I told him, I will no longer talk about it with 1 customer, or others at the store, I will go online and write my concerns there, he responded with, "yeah, you do that". So here I am, posting my concerns and views, because I been told not to talk negative about what I see, I been negated my freedom of speech. That has put the cherry on top of the GW cake. I will hold my wording while at the store, but will never forget this day in my life, in a free country, the U.S. of A. Ps, there have been some amazing employees at this store that have always shined, Mr. Derick who is always working, cleaning, pricing and caring about GW. And Mrs Brenda, such a nice woman, always smiling, being nice to people and legitimately concerned about helping people. There are others, but those 2 should be the model for the type of employee any company should wish they were lucky to have. Ok, that's that back to shopping, it's 50% day off and I'm hoping to take home more than a belt, a hat and knife sharperner for my kitchen, I been here 3 hrs and these are my treasures.

We've been frequent donors to Goodwill Industries Boynton Beach, and our experiences have been generally seamless. However, on this recent visit, we encountered a minor hiccup. We arrived with three bags of clothes and a few lightweight furniture pieces, only to find the driveway blocked. After some clarification, we learned that they were only accepting two bags per customer. It appears they are facing challenges due to the abundance of items and a shortage of helpers to sort through the donations. While this limitation was a bit unexpected, we understand the situation they are facing and empathize with their efforts to manage the influx of donations. It would be great if they could acquire more assistance to ensure smoother operations. Nonetheless, we appreciate Goodwill Industries Boynton Beach for the positive impact they make in the community and their commitment to providing opportunities for others. Despite the slight inconvenience, we will continue to donate here, knowing that our contributions are supporting a worthy cause. Goodwill Industries Boynton Beach remains a valuable organization, and we commend their efforts to create positive change. We hope they can overcome the challenges they currently face and continue their mission to improve the lives of others.

Very easy drop-off area in the back. They give you a digital receipt if you want it. I have never shopped here.

It is an acceptable place to drop off donations. The man that works there, however, was very rude on the two occasions that I brought donations. Be prepared to be snapped at curtly if you donate here.

Very small store have been there about three times it's not well kept up. Prices are way too hi for a Goodwill. Especially with the pandemic and people have no money to spend. Very many rude and nasty people the way they talk to each other I'm talking about the customers. I don't think I will waste my time going back to this one.

It is basically a drop off center. I drop off donations often at this center because it is close to my work and the representative is always rude!

Goodwill was founded in 1902 by Boston Minister, Reverend Edgar J. Helms who took donations from wealthy Bostonians and hired people who were poor and who could fix the items. The items were then given to the people who worked on them or were resold. Goodwill's philosophy is "a hand up, not a hand out". Today Goodwill has become a $5 billion nonprofit organization that provides job training, employment, and community programs for people who have disabilities that might prevent them from getting a job on their own. They are also keeping millions of pounds of items out of landfills every year. I brake for thrift. While shopping in Boynton I spotted the sign for this Goodwill and stopped to check it out. It is located in a shopping plaza but the entrance is kind of hidden around a corner. The store is dark without windows and has a musty smell. It feels like being in a warehouse. While I have noticed many Goodwills are upping their game to be cleaner and brighter this is definitely not the case here. Things were organized but I saw merchandise that was dirty and worn and should have been tossed out, Still there were some bargains to be had. I saw two small statues with a $50 price tag marked down to $4.99. I looked around a bit and was out of there empty handed. The checkout line was long so people were buying. In my opinion, there are definitely better Goodwills and better thrift stores around.

I have been to this location several times and the store never is stocked. The prices are high as well. This location is not my favorite.

This goodwill is located in a busy shopping center. Once we got into the parking lot I realized we'd been here before -- quite while ago. I remembered that it was a bit of a walk around the store to it's actual entrance on the side near the back wall - - so you may want to pull your car around and park closer to the entrance. They have a lot of clothes -- more Womens than men's. But it's organized -- the racks are marked with signs and prices -- and the shirts, et al, are grouped by color. There are shelves of books, cds, vinyl records, and enough housewares and bric a brac. Some electronics and lamps too. There is not much in the way of furniture or art work -- so if that's what you're looking for, it isn't here. We didn't find anything here we couldn't live without -- nor that we even really considered. But like all thrift shopping, the merchandise changes. That being said, we will come back sometime. But we certainly are not rushing here...

I went there today 05/24/2021 looking for some clothes and I thought that this place looked like a garbage hole but I saw a couple of items that I could use but the people there looked real creepy so buyer beware.
