I went there and after waiting 15 minutes outside the lady was nice but first Of all is a business which you can’t use a credit card as a payment method they prefer “cash app” then I told her that I wanted to buy a phone “the one that she showed me” and also a screen a couple more things after half hour of my time she ask me if I have an account with them I said no and then after half of hour wasted she told me that she doesn’t think that I can buy anything Because I don’t have a business she went to the back of the store “10 more minutes” and then she said that I couldn’t buy anything, how am I supposed to know that if you guys don’t have any sign saying it so bad customer service and from what I see a rude owner at the end of the day you just have to buy in amazon.

Ive had nothing but a great experience with Gizmo Parts. They are honest, loyal to the customer, and he honors his warranty on his parts. Ive been dealing with them for more than a year. The price is great and so is the service.
