I'm very disappointed in the quality of service. After multiple delays I got my comforter and its ruined. They told me it took so long because they wanted to get the wrinkles out and I got it back ruined. It's too small for a queen and the fabric is crunchy now.

I took 2 pairs of pants to be altered/tailored. Instead they dry-cleaned my pants. They finally agreed to shorten my pants. They did not even call me to let me know that the pants were ready. When I picked up the pants, the manager was present and was not interested in the situation, but more concerned if I paid. Their stitching at the bottom of the pants were clearly visible and definitely not done by a professional.

Dropped off and paid cash to have a comforter dry cleaned....big sign any comforter $22. $23.10 with tax. Wife went in to pick up with receipt and was charged another $23.10 as she wasn't sure if I had paid or not....inspite of the receipt for $23.10....not a bill ...a receipt. Well as you can imagine told they don't make cutomers prepay...yeah right...and another $23.10 for comforter.....wife's explanation fell on deaf ears. Be on your guard patronizing this dry cleaners....

I used this dry cleaners to clean a suit for my husbands big interview. This mourning when we woke up to get dressed to suit was so wrinkled it looked like it had been taken out of a pillow case. And when I called they said they would offer to do it again. Well it's to late now becaus he has to be at the interview. DO NOT USE THIS DRYCLEANERS unless you like wrinkled stuff !!!
