Al and torri were the best of the best. My car was having issues and usually when i would have car issues my dad would take care of it. He passed last December and recently my car had some issues and it was the first time doing it alone they both were so helpful and caring. I made sure to remember this review. I had a vehicle towed 8 miles on Saturday. I spoke with Melvin who quoted me $150 for the tow. However, my card was charged $241. They sent me an invoice:Tow Light Duty $150Mileage Light Duty (9 Miles) $63Fuel 10% $21.30Convenience Fee $7.03For a total of $241.33After speaking with Melvin, he stated that he never told me that the tow was $150. I wrote down exactly what he told me over the phone. I guess I just made up the $150 price.What a rip off. Shame on you!!!Service: Car towing

I give it a zero review. The tow truck driver put my truck on a flat bed and then told me he had to pick up another car about 1/4 mile away. When we got there the car was locked and no one was around. He called it in and the call was canceled, on the way to the dealer they call him to pick up another car , accident on i95 been in the tow truck for 3 1/2 hrs and was told that he can't leave it's 12:30 pm and still in the tow truck.called tow company and their customer service is terrible.

My vehicle broke down and called them since they were less than 2miles from my location. The dispatcher could not understand where I was when I was stranded on the major corner closest to their office address (which I found really weird). Also it seemed like she wasn't familiar with the process and took about 15min to get my information set up. Quoted me 60-90min pick up time, too long. I just needed to go 5miles down the road to my transmission mechanic and the quote was over $200. I ended up going with another company with a better quote and response time. Wouldn't call them again for a quote when in a bind.

My son was in a mild accident on his way to drill (US army reserves) he was not allowed to access his vehicle during the weekend even though he would of been considered active duty, (Civil relief act) may of been in play. They do not seem give any breaks to men and women who defend our country. We did not bother to argue it, just coughed up the cash and got the vehicle out. What goes around comes around.

Man let me tell you that my cat has seen it’s fair shares of towing services but last night the experience was above and beyond. Anthony was told to be the best and for sure it was. He got to me about an hour sooner than expected, got my lowered car without damage back to a garage and did everything so smoothly. I highly recommend their services at any given time
