This has been an awful experience for me from start to finish. I wanted 12 Ugg Christmas stocking embroidered. When I dropped them off I spoke to Pierre who told me he would call me once they are ready for pick up. Fast forward to a week and a half later, no call. I tried calling their business with no answer multiple times in one day. I called again multiple times the next day for Pierre to finally answer the phone and tell me my Christmas stockings would be ready the following week and he would call me to advise once they are ready for pick up. That never happened. I called several times again with no answer. So I went into the store asking if my order is finally ready. I was advised it was. I took out my Ugg Christmas stockings only to notice treads hanging out that looked very messy from underneath each name that was embroidered. I asked what that was and was told that was the “sticker” that they had to remove to embroider the names on my stockings. I said you mean the leather Ugg name brand tag? They replied yes. I advised them at that point that I should have been called and asked if it was okay to remove a very well name brand tag before doing so. Instead of them having any remorse or understanding on my part Pierre kept repeating himself saying that had to be done to embroider the names on my Christmas stockings while talking over me. I then told him he should be apologizing to me instead of justifying this insane situation. People pay extra money to buy brand names and he completely unbranded my very expensive Christmas stockings without trying to give me a discount or show any empathy and the same goes for Danielle that was behind the counter as well. I’ve seen plenty of UGG Christmas stocking embroidered with names on them while including their brand name. This business obviously doesn’t know what they are doing and devalued all of my stockings without showing any regard that it was their fault. My advise is to steer clear of this business to save yourself a lot of extra stress and money that will be wasted!

The rest of the stocking show all the UGG name brand names removed with just the names on top of the stockings with a messy treading left over from them removing the Ugg brand name.

Fantastic company to work with! I dropped off four shirts for them to handle and they did GREAT! My shirts look fantastic. The vinyl printing came out so clear and crisp, I couldn't be happier. I'll be returning quite often in the future!

I have been having polos embroidered here for the last couple years. They have always done a great job. I recently need 106 t-shirts screen printed in a rush. They were able to get me the shirts I wanted and done early. Great organization to work with.

Came in to acquire about placing a big order about custom shirts for my company and the employee told me "You have 10mins to say what you have to say." What??? I'll take my business elsewhere. How do you limit or even know how long it will take to discuss what needs to be addressed? Very unprofessional and rude.

I love these folks! I was quoted a good price for setup and per piece. Their finished product looks outstanding! I'll be proud to tell others who did such a great job on my shirts. The vinyl print looks fantastic!

Even though the owner and I had our differences he still did the work professionally which I thank him for.I am very displeased as a consumer with this place. I went and dropped off my son's shirt and they informed me it would be ready Friday afternoon when i asked what time. So here it is Friday close to 2pm when i walked in there and he informed me that it will not be ready till after 430 and they close at 530 by that time it is picking my other child up and dinner when i tried to inform him that he should have called me he told me that is paper work says after 4 i said well you did not give me paper work.Then he tells me he will not allow yelling well then they should have said it would be ready after 4 not in the afternoon. He dismissed me like i was nothing to him and if that is the case well he should not be in business.. If i did this to my Clients as a hairdresser i would not have any clients.

I would NOT recommend... EmbroiderMe Boynton Beach, is HIGHLY unprofessionally and unreliable! I have been a customer for over a year with them and on 3 seperate occasions they have completely up my shirts after getting CLEAR specific instructions on what we wanted done, costing ME money at NO cost to them... I will absolutely never do business with them again.
