Went in for a printing job. I get that I didn't understand how send send the file to them in the correct size so he went to help other costumers. He never came back once my files were all there. Kept ignoring me!!! Took my job elsewhere!!!

I was traveling and needed some last-minute print work done for a presentation I was working on. I called and spoke with Jason who told me he would be glad to help me with my project. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and was able to get everything I need done in around 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this location for any of your printing ,copying or other office needs.

They wouldn't accept items to mail that another location took. They were extremely uncooperative. We had a prepaid shipping label and this location came up in the email for where to take the item to mail. This necessitated a long car trip to locate another Fedex. The other Fedex took it immediately

If it wasn't for the fact that intel only shipped via FedEx I would never of used their services. FedEx is horribly overpriced for the services offered and the customer service at this location was atrocious. The sales clerk locked the door as I approached the building and then proceeded to ignore me until after the store was officially closed and then proceeded to tell me they can no longer open up due to security risk. I got to the store prior to closing and they blatantly ignored me and tried to pretend I wasn't there until they didn't officially have to help me

Justin is very helpful and friendly. He didn't rush us and made sure everything was perfect. I was really hoping to get him as my customer service representative because the other two people looked like they didn't want to be bother, specially the female was a little rude to us. Thank you so much Justin!!!!
