The guys that work there are a bunch of crooks. The old New Yorker that runs the place was very rude to my Grandpa because the items we were trying to sell were "too old" but the moment we pulled out an expensive watch the guy changed his tone.The two guys muttered between themselves and then he offered my Grandpa $100 for the watch to which he accepted. I was very skeptical with the tone change, and the time of this review I did not have a working phone to investigate. As they prepared the transaction paperwork, I attempted to get my Grandfather's attention after they kept distracting him from me with small talk.After looking through ebay recent sales with my Grandfather's phone, I found what I thought was the same exact model of watch selling for $800-$2500. I asked the guy on the computer for the name of watch and he only insisted on giving me the brand name; he caught on to what I was doing. Once I reviewed the paperwork, I discovered what they listed as the model of watch matched what I found online and made sure to decline the sale.They take advantage of the elderly for money. Sell your stuff elsewhere. Use Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc., don't let these guys try to swindle you how they almost did with my Grandfather.

Quotes are horrible they don't spend time to identify options to help find a quote that benefits you. They put themselves before the customer. They sell a bunch of random junk horrible pawn shop. Horrible workers.

First time here and had a great experience. They also have a wide variety of items for purchase that I was interested in. Wes was very helpful and nice about helping me sell my item and look around. Definitely coming back.

I've been using the services provided by Fast Cash for several years, in both aspects provided to their customer base. The enitire staff has always been welcoming,and,considerately accommodating. Friendlier than some other pawn shops I've been to. In a pinch? \\u0026 selling, or buying The gentleman there will work with you...I love to haggle...???️..better priced Gold Jewelry than Jewelry Stores. \\u0026 Unique-Antique

It was my 1st time coming there to sell my jewelry and omg the best customer service ever. Ivan is the best and gave me a great offer and I'm definitely coming back and will recommend my family/friends here.

Service and Treatment has gone way down... We have been regular customers and spent thousands of dollars here since 2012. They used to have excellent guys working here but Danny left and now things have changed. They don't want to work with you on the prices and would never buy my merchandise no matter how good it was. Finally after months of bringing items and them not buying off me and only wanting me to buy from them... I brought in some work tools that were given to me by my job- they gave me a really low ball price but I didn't want to walk away with nothing so I accepted. They must have not been able to sell them as high as they wanted because I got a call from the police that the tools were marked as stolen and they wanted proof I hadn't stolen them!!! These a**holes reported me to the cops! It was an extremely embarrassing situation but my company knew right away which tools were in questions and told the cops I was clean and they had gifted them to me. What absurdity!! Just cause they couldn't sell them at a higher rate they reported a customer of almost 7 years to the cops. No way ... I will NEVER step foot in their establishment again nor will I refer anyone to them .

horrible service, sold me a stolen playstation and would not take it back, very rude, i gave them four honest chances to take the item back and they ran a "diagnostic" on it, lied and told me it was fine. horrible service, very shady business, do not bring your business here, there is plenty of other local pawn shops out there that are people friendly and honor trouble shooting products. this isnt about an upset customer people. this is about other people should no the truth, this happened well over a month ago i just forgot to post it.
