I have been coming here for over 10 years and the staff plus Dr Cohen are absolutely amazing. Always so accommodating and have helped me out so many times when in need. Even putting a smile on my face on bad days . I cannot thank this entire office enough for what they do. This is the type of customer service I wish I could get everywhere!!!

I walked in feeling really nervous and worried about my glasses, especially since I’m leaving in just two weeks. But as soon as I stepped into the office, the staff greeted me with such kindness and got right to helping me. While I was waiting, Dr. Katie came over and noticed how anxious I was. She immediately jumped in to help me pick out frames, bringing me a variety of options and making sure I felt at ease. Her customer service was top-notch, and she was truly amazing throughout the whole experience. If you need help, I can’t recommend Dr. Katie enough—she’ll take great care of you!

Absolutely horrible experience. The front office is Extremely rude and do not know what they are doing when it comes to billing and insurance. I was overcharged and had to get insurance co involved to get my money back because they were not helpful at all. Way too much drama for an eye exam. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

I'm a US Army veteran. I went here on a referral through the VA's Community Care Network. Right after I arrived, I stressed that I was a veteran and only wanted the covered care that was available to me for an eye exam. I then told them I wear contacts. They proceeded to run me through a couple of tests and then, in to see the optometrist. I told him that I was a veteran and only could do what the VA would cover. He proceeded to update my contact prescription. When I went to the front desk they wanted to order a 6 month supply of contacts for me, I asked how much and they said $600. That's almost triple what I could pay online. Then, they said that I owed them $160 for the visit. I said no, this was through the VA, reminding them again. They said that the contact lens "fitting" wasn't covered by the VA. I was stunned. Reluctantly, I paid. Then, I received the summary from Community Care about my visit 3 weeks later. Stunned again. The summary showed that they had paid $177 for my visit and that I paid nothing. To my fellow veterans, if you're referred here by the VA, REFUSE! They're looking to steal from you. VERY unhappy with the deplorable conduct of this business in regards to veterans. If I could give no stars, I would.

Dr. Cohen was absolutely amazing and one of the reasons I’ll continue care with the office. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and kind however, when I requested the cost of my initial eye examination I was quoted $150 with vision insurance. I truly would have appreciated if I was informed that my copay would be over $1000.00 so I could've properly prepaid myself. I provided all of the requested information going as far as providing my previous optometrist information only to be quoted a different amount during check out. None the less we were able to reach a solution and I’ll be back soon for my prescription.

Just left there, not happy. I specifically asked over the phone if the glasses were covered through my plan and they stated yes my daughter can get new glasses. Lens were covered and not the frames. Than they did extra testing that was not needed since she could not get new frames anyways.

I have been going to eyes & ears for approx 7 years, they always have the latest styles of frames ie my favorite Tiffany, Sarah is the best at what she does , from the minute after check in Sarah takes over and does all the measuring and within a week my new frames are made , i even had an extra pair of lens made for my second pair .. always great customer service from the girls at the front desk , eye Dr and the team that make our new Rx all leads to the perfect eyeglasses
