I brought Joel my 2019 Porsche Macan when I had a pesky check engine light that no one could figure out.
Mechanic 1 - checked everything and said car was good to go and reset the fault (light came back on )
Mechanic 2 - told me I needed a new vacuum pump. This was either a complete scam or this guy is bad at his job!
Mechanic 3 (Joel) - looked at the car for 5 minutes, advised the Vacuum pump was totally fine and found a loose screw near one of the valves with a little bit of oil on it. Joel grabbed a torque wrench and tightened the screw … car fixed !!! Mechanic 1 did my tune up and they may not have tightened the screw enough.
Joel seems passionate about his work and providing good service. You know if you come here , you have a talented mechanic who has integrity.

Can’t say enough good things about Joel and Exotic Motorworks. Talk about going the extra mile, he came to me in a 7 story parking garage and ended up getting my dead car started ( Porsche GT4 ), replaced the battery, and couldn’t have been more responsive to my particular needs. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I can't speak for Joel's work. He never showed up for our appointment. I left after 20 minutes wait and trying to call him a couple of times. No call back since. Disappointing.

Joel is so awesome and does fast service and is extremely Thorough especially when explaining in details and making you feel comfortable fixing your car. Joel is absolutely phenomenal! His knowledge of each vehicle is amazing. He is extremely honest and very fair with his pricing. He will not lie to you and tell you something needs to be replaced when in fact it doesn't. Whenever you make an appointment he is on time and extremely professional. I will only take my car's here. If you love your car and wanted to continue to run right I would suggest you bring it to Exotic Motor works.
