Asked me to vote for them and give them a 5 star review.She refused/couldn't give my business a 5 star review.I came back before holiday weekend and they refused to give me a refund or exchange. The receipt is very clear that i can do a return before the new year and their product came out the box broken.Liers and thieves

This is my go to Hallmark! Tom and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have Jim Shore, Couture De Force, Disney Showcase, and Precious Moments figurines, all of which I collect. If they don't have the one I'm looking for, Tom will order it for me.
