Thank you, ECM, for your service! All the Techs and people we have dealt with at ECM have been professional, prompt, responsive and the most knowledgeable! Lenori came to service our unit today and he was great! He showed up on time, was friendly and thorough. Brooke sent us a reminder letting us know our service was due and made sure we knew of the great promotions being offered. As always she was extremely responsive and helpful in getting everything scheduled and I can not thank her enough for all she has done. Thank you, ECM!

Installed a new air conditioning unit in our condo in January 2024. They wanted us to pay in full before they were fully finished with the job that was the biggest mistake we made, because as of April 1 we still have not gotten the full job finished and we cannot get a reply from this company. No one returns our calls and we keep getting the runaround saying oh yes they’re coming back this week, and since January no one has appeared yet. none of the people that work there ever know what’s going on and always say we’ll get back to you and never do. Our condo association has been pestering us to finish up the exterior work that was not completed. Think twice before you hire this company!

*Note ~ this is a review based on our experience with the A/C department of ECM only *Initial consultation was done timely and felt we were given a proper “diagnosis” of the condition of our unit! Appointment set up was fast and installation was seamless! The only issue we encountered was that our sales person said that the company takes care of dealing with our condo management with regard to the permit and use of the elevator and we had a slight issue the day of install because that had not been taken care of!Overall, we are happy with the service we received!

I have been under contract with ECM for over 15 years. My contract involves a deductible for each service. Office staff has always been polite and helpful in scheduling a service. Technicians are courteous and complete all the repair work as needed. If necessary, replacement parts are addressed on the spot or ordered with no hassle. ECM service is convenient and eliminates the stress of “who to call” for appliance repair.

I have no idea what’s going on. I seem to be at the mercy of ECM. It’s been 3 weeks that my AC has been out and 3 different technicians that have been to my house. First it was a bad motor so they ordered the new motor. The guy came to replace the motor, then it was a bad chip. The guy came today to replace the chip, now apparently we have the wrong motor. I have no idea how this has been going on for so long and it’s only getting hotter in the house. What do I do now? Wait another week? I am helpless with these people and this has gotten to be absolutely ridiculous.

After a deep “spring cleaning” type of day we noticed our AC unit was freezing up. We thought it couldve been from the dust and cleaning so we changed the filter and still nothing. This was on a Tuesday. Next day, Wednesday morning around 8am i gave ECM a call (not expecting same day service) and they assured me i would have someone same day. Forrest arrived around 3pm and did his thing. Bad news: Our HVAC was done and needed to be replaced. (it was 20 yrs old original to the home we just purchased) Good news: Forrest had us approved for financing and our appt scheduled for the next day - Thursday. We are very pleased with the work and such a fast turn around from our first appt to the new HVAC system being put in. Super happy from start to finish and will recommend ECM to everyone i know.

Retired AC tech here chiming in on my experience with ECM. Seeing some of the negative reviews are comical. The entitlement of some is just ridiculous. If you have a contract, you should read it and know what you are covered for and what you are not... Now I have had ECM for 5 years with no issues, I'm aware of co-pays on my contract. I had a recent experience with the service tech Jose Soto, who was very professional and quickly diagnosed my electronic indoor motor to be the problem. I was aware that my contract did not cover that style motor and still opted to have the motor replace. Two days later a new motor was installed and unit is running strong. When it comes time to replace my AC, this company will have my business.

I want to share that I am very pleased with the Customer service staff /parts department /Managers at ECM. They are very nice and attentive when a service call is needed. Excellent service!
